The place did not justify the price, I felt it was overpriced for a 3 star place

It was a really amazing experience. I was the one who arranged this trip for my sister. They thanked me for this amazing gift . Everything was good

We stayed in a tree house which wasn't cheap but it was fun and the view was amazing. The staff were all lovely and trying their best to please. But the place has "seen better days" and is in need of a make over. Apart from the infinity pool which has been built recently and is very nice. Be aware that the hotel is dry - some Indian guests had brought drinks with them and the hotel is happy with that - even keeping their beers chilled for them. The price for it being beautiful surroundings is the hotel is remote and the roads are very very slow. I think it takes about 50 min to get to Munnar where there are trekking companies etc. So if you want views and quiet for a couple of days this place is for you.

This property being right inside the tea plantation area, is surrounded with greenery. The highlights are the cottages and tree house which provide a unique experience of living in the open. Some of the facilities like more walkways, more viewing spots, a pool, better food service, would make this resort a 5star property. A wonderful experience !

The drive to the location was nerve-wracking, between the non-existing road and the excessive hair-pin turn. The people were nice and the food was good. I was told that I walk-in for a massage after getting there, no need to pre-reserve, but when I requested the massage right after getting there, the masseuses were no longer there. The lack of a guided tour of the tea plantation was disappointing. The restaurant staff were great, looking after any of our needs.
