The room was extremely clean and the staff helpful. There are dirt roads everywhere though.

This hotel is HUGE! and is perfectly located within the Valle De Guadalupe. The Staff go the extra mile to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Good times and VERY RELAXING!

The Maglen Resort was a wonderful property. I stayed to attend a wedding. During my stay, they had a special offering free breakfast throughout your stay which was wonderful. I liked that the property was a place where you could unplug, there wasn’t a tv in the room. I spent my days traveling around Valle but did enjoy the vibe in the Tesala area. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful throughout my stay too. My room was cleaned and refreshed daily. I got a 90-min massage at the spa for Pati which was amazing. The booking for the spa service was a bit challenging as they didn’t have my or my friend’s reservations booked but they fixed the issue and rescheduled our services for an hour later. I would stay again because I didn’t get to see the entire property or try all the restaurants.

A clean place to stay and quiet. The only thing I did not like is that here is not a table o chair on the room. The shower had a leak we had to move to another room. It did not have a small fridge either .

Nice location, great ambiance. We didn't get to enjoy all the amenities but the place looked comfy, inviting and supper clean. Aside from a couple of minor details in the bathroom everything else was very nice. We'll definitely be back!

My biggest issue was with one of the receptionists, who consistently made simple things unnecessarily difficult. When I arrived, there were two receptionists and around 10 people checking in, yet he wasn’t helping at all. At checkout, he told me I wouldn’t receive my refund deposit until 5 p.m. because staff needed to inspect every room first. I pointed out they could simply check mine, especially since checkout was at 11 a.m. After a short discussion, he suddenly said they could have staff inspect it right away, which made the earlier explanation feel pointless. The hotel also advertised paddle courts, but there were no paddle brackets available. Staff said they were “working on it,” which was disappointing. Breakfast was actually good, but another issue was that the hotel advertised having a gym when there wasn’t one. That felt misleading since amenities were an important part of why I booked this place.

This is one of the best hotels in valle, no doubt!!

The rooms are great and resort overall has a lot to do. All the restaurants offered amazing tasting food and the cocktail drinks are some of the best i have had. Just know that sections of the resort are a bit separated and not next too each other like you would imagine a resort. Also there’s dirt roads which can be a bit rough if you have a sedan.

The hotel stay comes with 1 free wine tasting, free transportation within the resort and free breakfast. Pool has heated jacuzzi so we can enjoy even winter time. Overall 5 stars.

The staff was very courteous and welcoming. The facilities overall was good but was not prepared for the cold overnight temps. A couple from a group paid premium $$$ and their room’s heater did not work. The staff could not fix the issue and could not compensate them because they booked through Expedia.

This resort has everything you need, I would return and recommend this stay.

Customer service is excellent, Alma our waitress is awesome and the young man who was in charge of bbq ribs is incredible. Best ribs my husband and I have ever ate. Very happy with this trip. Will definitely return!!

Very cute location, spread out on a large property, depending which section you stay in you may need to drive to amenities. Pool was under construction, signs for gym but no gym, check in host was not very friendly but took care of his job
