Perfect for a one night cheer competition stay!

Very safe feeling with needing to use your key to get to your room floor from the elevator. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable!

Hotel was nice, clean and staff was great!

for a quick overnight stay, it was fine. Pros: nice indoor pool and hot tub, open late(11pm); VERY friendly/helpful staff (the hair dryer in our room was sparking, when it was on High, and they were quick to send a replacement); breakfast was included; Clean Cons: the only way into the hotel is through the parking garage (as far as we could tell) - just made it awkward, circling and trying to find the entrance; only one of two elevators was working during our stay, making for extended wait times (we were on the 6th floor, so not taking stairs with all of our bags); could hear through walls quite easily; BIGGEST CON: The curtains don’t cover the entire window! there is a sheer, covering the middle section, but the heavy curtains are on short tracks that stop and leave about three feet that are just sheers. What that means is that you get LOADS of sunlight coming in, beginning around 6am…so guess what time we started waking up, after a late night. We attempted to stretch the curtains and try to secure them, using a chair, but quickly realized that it would then block the air conditioning. Thank goodness we were on the west side of the hotel, and didn’t get the direct morning sunlight…I would’ve been furious! For this reason, alone, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Customer service at this property is great, very friendly and accommodating. There was a maintenence problem with the suite that we booked and we were provided two rooms next to each other. Only issue we ran into - YOU CAN ONLY ACCESS TGE LOBBY FOR CHECK IN THROUGH THE ELEVATOR IN THE GARAGE. It was very busy when we arrived for check in, 1 of 2 side by side elevators were not working. We tried to access the lobby from stairwells, which we discovered the ONLY way to get to the lobby to check in is to wait for a few full elevators from the one that was working. Once we were able to check in, it was great. Clean rooms, clean pool area, refilled pool towels. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Wish they had a sign up by elevators to let guests know the only way into lobby is through the elevator(s) or a heads up in email you receive for confirmation prior to check in.

We checked into our room and the bathroom had been used. There were dirty towels all over the floor. When I went down to complain the front desk clerk stated they were out of towels. She finally offered to give us pool towels. We actually wouldn't have stayed but we were exhausted from being on the road. I had to double check the bed because i wasn't sure if the sheets had been changed. It wasn't a great stay. I felt very uncomfortable . Wouldn't stay again ever.

Only one of the two elevators was working causing long wait times and groups crowding to catch the ride.

30 min walk to Van Andel

Did not get the room we requested. Morning breakfast was a hassle and poor selection.

We really enjoyed our stay

Stayed as part of a couples night out to see Grand Rapids and a concert at Van Andel. The hotel was good but the elevators are slow and there is only 1 for the hotel property. It’s located a little further away from downtown attractions so definitely need to get uber or drive.

Near downtown

Had a great stay. The amenities were nice especially having netflix on tv to relax at night and watch our favorite show. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good too. One complain we had was that we had no soap and had to use shower gel just to wash our face/hands the first day. Overall a very nice hotel and would recommend for the ones that want to have a weekend getaway and explore things to do in Grand Rapids as this place was very close to downtown.

Room and bathroom was nice. Breakfast was good. Staff at front desk were veryhelpful. Nice parking garage. Just wish parking was included. It was $18 per day.

The staff was very pleasant, room was clean and spacious, and their breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts’ I’ve had! Plenty of great restaurants are within walking distance. Easy and convenient parking! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Nice accommodation but for the price we are paying we should have a couple of drinking classes in the room!!
