Great for families

That's a great hotel and very good service. It's highly recommended for families with kids. It's similar to turkish concept, every day they have different entertainment programs. Food is great, people as well. Few points to consider - aquapark is for kids only unlike in Turkey or other hotels, but there is no sign that parent not allowed with little kids though. I would question the cleaning of the rooms, like bathrobe and towels did not seem to be changed, we noticed it on our second, last day. If you get FullBoard, consider that lunch time ends at 3 pm, whereas check in at 3 pm and checkout at 12pm. One thing to note that, when I asked receptionist about it, he kindly offered extended stay to have a lunch, or informed that you can come earlier to have a lunch and then check in. That was pretty good response. One thing I didn't like is icy water in outside pool. That would be perfect if the water was warmer to allow people to enjoy it Overall, we had a wonderful time off. Would I come again ? For sure

Excellent Hotel. It’s worthy !!

Room was not ready, nothing was there for a 3rd person (extra bed, pillow, bath stuff). Refrigerator was not working. it was replaced afterwards. We kind of ended up with open-close door for couple of hours, instead of having a proper rest.

Till arrived there i thought what will be the extra ordinary in this hotel due to such a high price.I was there in July and the price was 350azn per night.But believe me nothing extra ordinary! I stayed more cheaper hotels which were on the same level.Even found worse than others .Noisy air condition created abnormal noisy envoirment in my room.Meal taste was poor and with low choices. Service was poor as well.I contacted several times with reception to provide bed for child ,they promised but was unsuccessful.But I got thoothbrush somehow.Room condition such that becaming stale(old).Room is big,but not soundproof. Before accept the room check bathroom window.Someone decided to install big window to bathroom.If louvered curtain is not good enough everyone in the room will see how you are making poop)).By the way looks like hotel tend to be such one that earns money but not spending for restovration. Also bear in mind of ubsense of underground parking in case extremal weather condition,no protection for cars.All this about negative things There are a lot of things that create positive expression.Such as amazing location,great landscape design,pools,kid freindly envoirment,kind personel etc. To sum up the all,hotel is Ok so far.Would I come here again? Yes,if the price will be reasonable. Otherwise I would prefer to stay other same standart hotels which I have been.

Our stay at the Shamakhi Palace was definitely an experience I absolutely will not forget. The building itself was grand and the decor down to the details were gorgeous. Breakfast could have been a little more varied, but it was delicious nonetheless. Our room had a very great view facing the pool area and mountain. They also have tons of amenities to choose from like horseback riding, shooting, tennis, etc.

Very good choice to have an active vacation with family and friends. Big pool, aquapark, mini stadium and etc.

Good facilities, very friendly and helpful staff

During our stay with my family at Sharadil Shamakhaxi Hotel, I was amused and very relaxed by service and very friendly personal and ambiance. The day I arrived was very wet, rainy but we met the morning with white snow, covered all the place. It was very the best hotel I ever stayed. Well done amd keep this up Sharadil Shamakhaxi Palace

Very professional, helpful and courteous staff. Hotel is clean with 5 star amenities. Breakfast buffet had a complete choice of food. The only drawback was not many activity choices for adults.

They couldn’t find my check-in, assigned wrong room type, claimed that my booking is breakfast excluded - I have waited about an hour during check-in. Terrible and slow service, food is not good. Staff is trying to be helpful, but they are mot trained and number of staff is much less than should be to serve the guest. Good facility, but not the right management and experienced staff.

Overall just Awesome

Very good and clean hotel..really like a palace..bad thing however is that nothing really close to the hotel. Also breakfast is served really late (after 8:30 am) and the service is not as special as the place.

Gayet güzel bir otel, otelin içinde bir sürü etkinlik mevcut. At binme, atıcılık, bilardo, masa oyunları, bowling, piyano dinletisi vb.

Resepsiyon otelin ihtişamına göre zayıf , Güleryüz yok . Hoş geldin ikramı yok Yemek çok güzeldi , restoran , hizmetliler ve sanatçılar çok iyi Spa daki çalışanlar çok ilgili Kahvaltı yemedik daha Otel çok temiz Odalar biraz fazla sıcak

First, I would to say many thanks for Mr.Valeh “ with glasses “ for his help I came early morning and he allowedus for check in. All the staff was friendly& helpful with us.I would recommed it for family and couples for relaxing and fun. الفندق شي خيال بصراحة، تعامل الموظفين جدًا ممتاز. أنصح بزيارته للعوائل مع الأطفال " يوجد ألعاب وحضانه " وللمتزوجين وللاسترخاء بعيد عن أزعاج المدن الصاخبه. النظافة ممتازة، خدمات الفندق ما يحتاج تطلع منه كل شي متوفر عدا السوبر ماركت. الأكل جدًا متنوع وحلال ولله الحمد. أنصح فيه وبقوه..
