Overall the hotel was pretty nice, but the area around the hotel isn’t the best.

Nice place

Everything was great, except the room location. Our room was right by the elevator, so the noise of everyone coming and go was terrible. We were woken up very early by the housekeeping ladies talking way too loud to each other by the elevator.

The property was very clean and seemed to be updated. The check in was quick and easy. Location is convenient. Bed was comfortable and loved that the hotel didn’t have a smell to it. Very neutral which I like because I don’t care for toxic air fresheners and scents.

The hotel itself has great prices and very great staff

The hotel was nearby everything we were doing for our visit. 10 minutes away from the science museum, zoo, and gardens. We also had a ton of dining options. The pool could've used a little more TLC...gave off a bit of a smell. They had stocking issues with pool towels ( we were there for 4 days and it was never stocked ). Breakfast was okay but would run out of things pretty quickly. There were some areas that could do with a little updating but overall it was a good stay. The staff was lovely.

Everything was clean and we didn’t have any problems. I also liked the location, a lot of places were easy to get to in a timely manner.

Not many places to eat close to the property. But it was a nice hotel

Desk clerk was nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean.

Great location

Our room had an odor. Pillows were not comfortable. When you layer your head on them they were flat.

Property itself and staff was great. Outside around the property not so much.

The hotel was clean, beds & pillows comfortable. The staff was friendly and there was a nice hot breakfast. The parking in the front was limited, but there were ample parking around the building.

The whole trip, everything was awesome!

Maid service was not good. Ask for clean towels after 2 days. Young hispanic girl said no. Older hispanic maid went and got me 2 and brought to my room. I put busy sign so they wouldnt need to clean. On checkin young guy on his cell phone and never got off. Very rude.

It was a good stay

Excellent hotel, easy to find, close to restaurants. Definitely a great place to stay.
