Standard room has no air conditioning, only ceiling fan. But it is not mentioned in the app. Only when arriving at the room location did they inform the guest that if they want to use air conditioning, they have to pay an extra fee. Disgusting!

The room was quite clean but the facilities were not as described. In particular, the air conditioner in the room was weak, barely cooling in hot weather. In addition, guests had to pay extra if they wanted to use the air conditioner - this was not clearly announced before booking, causing an uncomfortable feeling. With this price, I expect better and more transparent service. I hope the hotel will soon improve its facilities and service policies to bring an experience that matches guests' expectations.

Hotel ngay biển rất tiện khi đi tắm chỉ vài bước chân. Hotel sạch sẽ và nhân viên thân thiện. Quanh hotel nhiều quán ăn hợp khẩu vị và giá bình dân.

Thang máy dỏm, nhân viên chiều không thân thiện, phòng không có máy sấy tóc, phòng bẩn

Giá rẻ, thiếu máy sấy tóc, máy lạnh có nhưng không mở dc, quạt trần kêu như máy cày 🙃
