The hotel is ideal situated for the town centre & High St & having its private parking is a real bonus.

Basic economy room, small but comfortable. I assume it was an oversight, but no toilet paper provided. Otherwise, a good budget stay.

Friendly & help receptionist. Plug sockets didn’t work in room, turned out to be a blown fuse & quickly resolved. Comfortable bed &, overall a good overnight stay.

Room was clean and tidy, could do with a refresh decor etc. We had evening meal, which was excellent accompanied by a very nice Roja. Cero Anon. We will use the hotel again on our next trip to Newmarket

Room was clean but a little tired and the bed was a small double. Breakfast was good. Easy parking.

Definitely a budget hotel but a comfy bed. Terrible food but friendly waiting staff. It was fine for a night passing through but wouldn't want to stay any longer

Great location, great service, comfy rooms and bed.

Our room was a great size; the beds were very comfortable; the bathroom was large; the staff was nice and helpful; and the hotel was centrally located, within walking distance of many nice restaurants and the training tracks if you are in town to see the horses. The train station is walkable, but with our luggage we took a cab for only 6 quid. Overall, we loved our stay!

The room was lovely and clean the beds were really comfortable. Staff were lovely, we had a lovely meal and following morning breakfast. We will be definitely coming back
