I would stay here anytime

Staff was awesome! Hotel is clean, and quiet

Air unit would not work properly. Dirty air filters. Had booked a king room and staff said they had given the room away. No resaon why. Will not stay there again. Was not a 10 rated facility. I would give it a 4.

Front staff in the evening very helpful.

We had to change rooms because the toilet wouldn’t flush on the weekend. Front desk was immediately responsive and we moved across the hall. The room cleaners were friendly and helpful when we emptied trash or asked for fresh towels. The breakfast was good. Enjoyed the omelet, and the croissant sandwich and really liked the toppings for the yogurt. Tammy was very friendly and did a great job of keeping everything filled, so did the lady on the weekend although I don’t remember her name.

The staff was amazing!! So accommodating and compassionate

We stayed in a 2 room suite which was spacious. But it had no easy chair. It also could have used a small table with 2 chairs, for dining. Tammy was great with breakfast. She asked if we needed anything else or helped clear our dishes. The breakfast was good with plenty of options & well supplied.

Very nice hotel with great service!

Room was adequate. Although a King Studio suite, it was not as large as pictures made it appear. Breakfast was basic and had normal items.

It was ok. Clean the only things that bother us was a damp smell, probably from the carpet. Breakfast was tasty and the lady helping with breakfast was a sweetheart

Having a two room suite for our family was super nice! We enjoyed that option. The issue we had was with housekeeping. The room appeared clean, but once we were in it, we found an unflushed, clogged toilet which we had to go and get a plunger and unclog ourselves. There was a used washcloth hanging in the shower. And under the pullout bed was a large amount of food crumbs. Despite that, the hotel itself was nice, the pool was a comfortable temperature, the hot tub was great, the fitness center had machines and free weights and a weight rack. The breakfast had many different options for many eating plans and was well kept up.
