Great location in center of Venice. Owner is super nice and helpful and even did my laundry for free while I was there. Breakfast every morning was wonderful. Everything was perfect but first night when I got there super warm as it was summer and room was extremely warm with no refrigerator for any cold drinks. But room eventually cooled down and the rest of the stay was really amazing. Perfect location for seeing everything yet quiet at night away from noisy streets.

Andrea was very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate and inform us so we could have a great stay in Venice. Location was right near many shops and restaurants that we enjoyed. Also should not he spoke clear English which is always appreciated.

Loved our stay at B&B Fortuny. The host is fantastic, accommodating and knowledgeable. The property is in a cul de sac close to public transportation and within walking distance of the major attractions. We are very happy to have found this “not so” hidden gem. Strongly recommended.

If you take a water taxi to San Angelo, the apartment is a 3 min walk from there. Thats super convenient! There are also number of well stocked grocery stores within a short walking distance. Good if you are on a tighter budget.

I recently stayed here with my family of five, and we had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Rialto and not far from San Marco Square, making it easy to explore numerous shops and dining options nearby. The place felt more like an apartment complex, which suited us perfectly! Our room was clean and well-equipped. The kids loved their time here, and we would definitely choose to stay again. The check-in and check-out processes were hassle-free, and the proximity to the train station made it convenient; it took us about 20 minutes to get back to the station via Line 2.

The apartment was very clean, bright and comfortable! Walking distance from main turistic sites, easy transportation, very conviniente!

Andrea was very welcoming, and prompt with his responses through WhatsApp. The place has a very cool vibe with lots of artwork, and it is in a great location. It is a very clean and homey B&B. Breakfast has decent variety of food. We would recommend this place for an affordable way to experience Venice.
