Great Location, friendly and helpful staff, However please Note you will have to go up 3 to 4 set of stairs With luggage. NO ELEVATOR. Shower it's very small. Overall we love the Location and will recommend.

The apartment was really adorable and spacious. The location was perfect for us as we were close to the metro and walking distance of activities. Berea the manager was awesome

It is a Dated studio- small, heating system did not provide enough heat to keep place comfortable. clean Cleaning fee charged, and still you have to take trash out. Barcelona Sants train station about 15 min walking distance- not bad.

First on my reservation it does not state their is no elevators and the apartment is suppose to be on the 2nd floor but really on the 4th floor they just start their floors from 0. We are a party of 8 people with two elderly parents that makes it very difficult to claim the near stairs and not to mention the light in the hallway turn off after a minute and you have to find a switch on one of the landings to turn them on, we almost killed ourselves. Then when we finally get to the apartment is it nothing like in the pictures and one of the showers we are told it broken, image 8 people with one small/tiny shower to use. We ask the owner to see if he can accommodate us in another apartment and he stated he had nothing available except for a 1/1 and he would not offer a credit and stated that at least we had 1 bathroom. This was totally unacceptable, we told him that unfortunately this is not what was agreed and he would not be staying and requested a refund since he have to find somewhere else to stay at 11:54pm.

It was the perfect size for 2 couples and three children. It was a little far from the city center. It was very close to the main train station, which was a plus. The apartment was in good condition. There was a sign that if you made noice and the police were called, you had to pay 300€. So be mindful of the noise. Berta said the neighbors were grumpy so one of the bedrooms, we could not talk on or they would call the police.

We were charged €50 for checking out on a Sunday.

It is a flat not a hotel. They don't clean your flat even if they take cleaning fee. Staffs are helpful.

Facile d'accès ,confortable.

Es war alles super. Der Check in lief Problemlos und der Kontakt und die Übergabe von Berta war hervorragend. Sie war sehr nett und sehr behilflich. Das Apartment liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, von dort ist alles super zu erreichen. Wir hatten tolle Tage in Barcelona

Leider ist es sehr laut, da die Fenster keinen Verkehrslärm abhalten. Ansonsten alles 1a!

Ruido de tráfico por la noche muy molesto. No hay ascensor. Mantenimiento bajo, cisas rotas, quemadas, decoración muy anticuada. Parece una habitación grande de alterne.

Situé à 9 minutes à pied de la gare Sants, cet appartement est situé dans un vieil immeuble à côté de 2 autres appartements à louer. Il est bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine. L'appartement est plus adapté à un couple qu'à une famille (impossible de manger à 4 autour de la table). Quelques nuisances sonores à prévoir en provenance de l'avenue et des voisins ...L'acceuil à l'arrivée était très chaleureux.

Casa perfetta per 4 persone, completa di tutto, dal microonde alla lavatrice. Ottimo.a la comunicazione sia con il padrone di casa sia con la ragazza che ti accoglie. Vicina alla stazione di Barcellona sants e ben servita da autobus e metro. Consiglio a tutti!

Eine geräumige Unterkunft mit sehr kleinem Bad. Toilette lief nicht einwandfrei, wurde aber repariert. Kontakt Person war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Direkt um die Ecke zahlreiche kleine Tapas bars und Restaurants und Supermärkte

Carino e pulito, anche se le camere sono piccole.

Nos anularon la reserva unilateralmente, mandando únicamente 2 correos electrónicos desde una dirección diferente a la que nos confirmó la reserva, que fueron directamente a Spam, por lo que no nos enteramos de la anulación, y nos quedamos tirados en Barcelona a las 20h, con todos los hoteles llenos.
