Good room, clean, good bedding

Stayed one night. Rooms were clean. Service great. Breakfast had lots of options. Our room did face 8th street so there was noise from that so pack ear plugs if light sleeper. However no hotel floor noise.

As always, scrupulously clean room, quiet and empty gym, friendly staff. And underground parking.

Everything was excellent. We did not get in the underground parking as it was full by 5 when we arrived. Always a bonus with our cold weather.

Room was in excellent shape. More coffee and creamers but the desk accomodated us no problem.

It’s an ok place to just go to sleep. Breakfast is very limited. They will charge extra for cereals. No fruits or yogurt or toasts. These are pretty standard at most hotels.

SO loud! Hockey teams and kids running wild in the hallways echoed throughout entire hotel til 11:30 PM. Too late!

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms that make for a relaxing stay. While the breakfast is fairly average, it provides enough variety to start the day. What really stands out is the friendly and welcoming staff, who create a warm atmosphere and are always ready to help with anything guests may need.

Front desk staff is not understanding their own policy of 1st come 1st serve regarding the underground parking. They tell you it’s 1st come 1st served, but when there are 8 empty spots and tell you that they are full, because those people have left but are coming back, that is now reserved parking.

Yes ,the room was pretty clean. Staffs were courteous and welcoming. There is one thing needs to be improved like free toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers.

Clean roomy rooms, easy check in, underground heated parking was essential in -30°C . Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice and superb staff making sure everything was stocked and fresh

The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and professional. The heated underground parking is a real bonus for SK winter nights if you can secure a spot.

We did not stay. Our mastercard was not acceptable to them. The booking was cancelled by them. Please refund the amount deducted from my card urgently.
