Service was okay the reception was very nice helpful. But when in the morning we went to breakfast the lighting was low.so we couldn't see well what was available and the cereal was by the counter and on the table was bread and some cake with no names on the display just for drinks. Plus the jam jars were on a display shelf not on the table. We had to ask for the pancakes on the 3rd day.plus no beans or hash brown. Just eggs boiled fried and scrambled,toast, sliced cheese and meat slices. Plus the didn't put fresh bedding just cleaned up. We went to 2 places that were closed because they didn't tell us if they were open or not and no offer of a taxi.the spa was nice just back 1 pair of slippers from the spa no other gifts paid €80 for 2 people to use the spa couldn't use the pool at the resort don't know why.so all in it wasn't great. The kettle was on top of a cupboard with no sockets near it.

We had a pleasant stay at the villa Minieri, it lived up to its reviews. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff were very polite. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Excellent property. It is like an unexpected hiden paradise in the town of Nola.

It is a hiden jewel in the town of Nola. From outside it does not look like it, but when you go inside and specially to the back of the property it is like a paradise with innmaculate gardens. We checked in very late, and when I woke up in the morning I was amazed to see the beauty. In addition the staff was incredibly friendly.

Great rooms, and great on site restaurant. The grounds are gorgeous, quite, and unique. Large parking area. The area surrounding the resort is industrial, but there is a coffee bar may. Be half a mile away, a dmall supermarket and a pastry shop.

This is a modern and very comfortable hotel.

That you had to pay to swim and we could not swim when there was an event.

Beautiful oasis of calm on out skirts of Naples. Arrived after 8pm reception closed, did not know about this. Had to wait 20 mins to get checked in, however manager gave us free drinks all night to compensate.

High quality (more like a 4/5 star than a 3). Attractive gardens and outdoor pool area. Luxury indoor pool, sauna, steam room, etc. (but extra charge of around 30 Euros per person to enter this area). Good choice for breakfast, including freshly squeezed fruit juice and quality coffee. Located in a residential area rather than in a resort, but cafes and shops nearby and only a short drive to Airport / Naples / Vesuvius / Pompeii / Sorrento…

The hotel is lovely. The staff is friendly. I've stayed here before and will again, but this time was very unpleasant, as they were overbooked with events. There was a wedding and several parties going on, leaving all lounge areas and the pool area occupied as party space. I could not use the pool to swim and there was no lounge area for hotel guests to relax or have a drink. The first night the restaurant was likewise closed. If they book this many events they shouldn't accept full price hotel reservations.

the main focus of this location is wedding events and as such as a hotel guest you do not feel like a priority. None of the staff could accurately point out the hotel reception. The grounds are very beautiful, but the room was a little damp, the internet did not work in the room and the breakfast was the poorest we had during 3 weeks traveling around Italy

It’s such a great hotel with an amazing customer service and rooms are clean with modern interiors. Breakfast is included and it is located 5 minutes away from train station. Highly recommend.

I’ve been in this hotel a few times and I book here every time I’m visiting Nola. It’s in a very good location and the service and professionalism of the staff is second by none. Highly recommended it.
