Comfortable small room in motel style accommodation . Parking outside the room which is helpful when on the move, however not monitored but all was ok for us. Bathroom is an add-on capsule in the room but fine. We didn't have breakfast so can’t comment . Check in was good

Basic but ok for a one night stop over.

So dirty, the bedside like had not been cleaned for years. Room smelt, room felt dirty. Should have slept in my car would have seemed like a palace. Spend 20E more and get somewhere much better.

Our stay was for an overnight stop on the way to our holiday home further south. The room was basic, good value, clean and perfect for our needs. We were able to eat a a restaurant recommended close by which was ideal.

Nice clean room and helpful staff

This is a budget hotel and that's exactly what you get. Don't expect massive room sizes or you'll be very disappointed! If you just want a functional, clean room for a night's stop-over, then you could do a lot worse than this hotel which is near to all major routes. Quite a selection of restaurant chains nearby too. (Buffalo Grill, La Boucherie, etc.)

The room was very smelly of damp. You get what you pay for. My advice if you can afford it go elsewhere.

To hot air conditioning not working in 35degree heat

Friendly welcome. Well arranged room and comfortable bed.

Very clean and functional hotel. But the rooms are small.Therefore 1 night was enough. The breakfast was cheap and looked good. A bit off the beaten track. But theres a very good resturant near by. Free parking a bonus.

Clean, staff pleasant, room and ensuite very basic as expected for the price, only one socket worked heating and AC disabled. Breakfast good for the price

Unattended reception but no problem with automatic check in. Basic hotel but clean and bed comfortable, which is all I need while breaking a long drive back home. Nearby Le portofino restaurant excellent use every time passing through Le Mans.

A stop over so the basic hotels are good enough. Not stayed in this particular hotel before in Le Mans but many like it. The place was clean and not busy. Bed was really comfortable and a decent pillow as well. If you’ve stayed in these places you will know that the little bathroom is in the room. Ok so whilst not the biggest this one was very surprising in that the floor outside the shower curtain wasn’t flooded out like so many others we have used Would definitely stay at this one again if we had to book a similar overnight stay

FastHotel is a budget chain, but for the £35 we paid it was perfect for our needs. Spotlessly clean, easy 24 hour checkin machine, plenty of places to eat nearby and just off the Autoroute. Definitely look this chain up again if you just need a bed to sleep in overnight with no fuss!

Pleasantly surprised. Rooms are small but clean and efficient but the outside needs some maintainence. But overall good place to stay. Staff is fabulous! l

Excellent location for Le Mans north motorway network. The staff speak good english and were very friendly. The room was fairly basic as expected, but clean, comfortable bed, decent shower, reasonable wifi and according to my wife excellent desk with large mirror and sockets for hair and make up. Breakfast was 6 Euros each and is reasonable quality and plentiful. Plenty of parking in fenced car park which is locked over night. The immediate area is typical of industrial zones but is walking distance to restaurant and 2 minute drive to many more. Large Auchun shopping mall and 24hr fuel about 5 min drive. In summary, this is a great value budget motel on route from Calais to SW France.

Good value for money for a one night stay. Easy self check in service. Good breakfast. Good parking. Close to motorway
