Our visit started wonderful. Breakfast was sooo un organized and not staffed, when hotel was completely booked. Ended up leaving and going to a local restaurant. The couple we were traveling with both of us had no hot water the whole weekend we were there. No showers for us. Straight cold water.. not pleased.. then was offered 10 percent discount after complaining twice to the front desk staff. Definitely think about your stay..

The location is right along the ocean. The building is old but they have made renovations. Toilet in room rocked when sitting on it, not properly mounted. Restaurant was a disappointment, service was good but food wasn’t that exciting. Breakfast was disappointing as there was hardly anything left.

The views were amazing. Breakfast not great, using the stairs was difficult.

One of my favorite things here is the breathtaking panoramic view of the sea.

Was impressed with frienglyness of desck clerk also cleanlyness as a friend had said wasnt good however was complete opisite and will definitely stay there again

Best thing about this hotel is simply waterfront. Depending on your floor, it can be hard / wonky to get to your room w/ the halls and elevator. Bed was ok....rooms was fairly clean other than strong smell of detergent (slightly damp laminate floor) in the room upon check in. From experience I know the bkfst not GOOD at ALL so passed on it and went elsewhere. Hotel should adjust it's prices and RAMP up the so-called bkfast as it's always disappointing. Was pretty affordable though and clean. Only other minor point is shower was FEEBLE stream albeit lottsa hot water. hotel is mehhh though....

Loved being right by the ocean!

I was on the ground floor at the back of the building because I had a dog. That back door was unlocked all day, anyone could enter. The driveway to the back is under construction with no sign of any work being done. I found a pair of child's prescription glasses, turned them into front desk. She said. " oh yeah someone was looking for these but I didn't check her in so I don't know who it was. Good lord, she didn't ask her name or room number. The cleaning staff is awesome, for that reason alone i would stay there again. At the restaurant going for our complimentary breakfast, was told that ended at 9, our ticket said 10. Food was cold but it was only 9.05 am. Lovely server tried to fix things.

staff all around was very helpful. The view was excellent. The room was clean and supplied well. Older stuff will no longer function as newer would. Will come back if schedule still allows.

Great place

No acceptance of their own mistakes. They blame the clientele. How is it my fault your fridge is like a freezer and ruined 3 days worth of my food, while your restaurant was closed for no good reason. I booked a pet friendly room and they put me in one that wasn't, and then pretended they were accommodating me by putting me back into one. Disgusting

Property was under the construction on a civil side so access to the car park was a real treat. Restaurant is great but limited choices and long weight rooms was fairly clean.

No hot water

The restaurant was closed the day we arrived. No gym. No hot tub. The spa was closed. Our view was an outdoor building and a dumpster blocking the view of the ocean. The road to the main parking was closed and when open water was pouring down the road and only one lane open the whole time we were there. We asked for room cleaning and a bag of garbage was left in our room. The towels were horrible, thin and scratchy, like they were used a million times. The hallway was dingy and ugly looking. The elevator does not go to the floor where you check in and you have to walk down a few flights of stairs with your baggage to use the elevator. When checking out they said they could not print off our receipt we had to get it through Expedia. Only after insisting wanting a print copy then it was printed. Horrible experience and do not recommend. The staff do not care it is like they have given up on the place. Do not pay to stay here. Do not recommend this place it is more like a motel. So disappointing. We would have checked out but nothing else was available or we would have left as soon as we got there. Horrible hotel.
