Great staff

The hotel is in a great location. Within 3 min walk to el centro and other points of interest. Hotel is simply beautiful and the hotel staff is great.

Casa 1810 was fantastic! The hospitality was superb and the staff provided very personalized service. The rooms were small, but very comfortable, clean and with crisp white sheets on the beds. The breakfast was superb with many options, all included. And the rooftop bar and restaurant were the best! Delicious drinks and food. Location was ideal! We will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

This hotel was such a great find in San Miguel de Allende. The location couldn’t have been better—I was able to walk everywhere, which made the whole trip feel easy and relaxed. The front desk concierge team truly stood out. They were incredibly friendly and gave some of the best recommendations I received during my stay. They also took care of my airport transfers, which made everything seamless from start to finish. My room was large, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I loved the little nightly touch of sweet treats—it was such a thoughtful detail. The rooftop bar and restaurant was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent breakfast great staff perfect location

Our room at Casa 1810 Centro was nice but there was construction noise directly behind our room which started at 8 AM and usually lasted till 6:00 PM. The staff was great and offered us another room at sister hotel Casa 1810 Parque. This move was a disaster!! Room 303 at Casa 1810 Parque was below a party room where they were always moving furniture, plants, metal chairs, etc. Turned out to be a nightmare until 11 PM almost every night. The staff at Casa 1810 Parque did their best to accommodate us and was very apologetic for the noise.

Beautiful hotel in an ideal location. Stunning views from the rooftop, superb food and drinks, and the loveliest staff. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Staff was very courteous and the restaurant was fantastic, the breakfast was amazing. Rooms/bathrooms were dark, and it was noisy at times, but location was great.

This is a beautiful hotel that is centrally located. The staff and servers in the restaurant were friendly and attentive. We would stay here again.
