Decoy Barn is always my first choice any time I am visiting this part of Suffolk. Have stayed here many times and always had a great experience.

Beautiful property in a lovely quiet area. Everything you need in the clean and tidy room and a great base for exploring. Fans available during the warm weather, a lovely table and chairs with umbrella to sit out at on an evening. The breakfast for £9 was excellent nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Parking brilliant and was lovely to see Buddy the dog pottering around with his ball. Thank you for having us.

Decoy Barn was a great place to spend our 3 nights in Norfolk. The property is fabulous with good parking ,beautiful gardens comfortable accomodation and a tasty breakfast. John and Suzanne are superb hosts at their stunning property. We strongly recommend Decoy Barn for a stay in this area.

Fabulous place to stay. The room was perfect a very large comfortable bed with good quality bedding, room decorated with style and good taste. Nice little touches, a mini fridge and well stocked tea and coffee station. The outside area is very well kept with fantastic garden flowers. The breakfast was incredible value, with good quality ingredients. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Most enjoyable two days at Decoy Barn. The hosts were friendly and made time to enter into conversation with us. The breakfasts were excellent so tasty and well presented. We would not hesitate to stay again.

You can always tell when someone takes pride in their work. We had a relaxing two night stay, and wanted for nothing. When the reviews are so good, not sure if it is just me, but I was looking for the one thing that was not provided or could be improved. (Not to knock a point off, but just because lol). Everything was provided that I would want and was very clean. The award winning breakfast was very good and my vegan wife catered for. Each room overlooks the well tended garden and has a table and chairs. The host and hostess are very welcoming. This is a gem of a property.

Highly recommended - we would definitely stay there again! Absolutely beautiful! This place is a true hidden gem. The location was fantastic, the breakfast was amazing, and the room exceeded our expectations. The couple who run Decoy Barn were incredibly welcoming and could not have done more for us. They were exceptionally helpful and made our stay even more special.

Excellent secure parking. A friendly welcoming greeting from the hosts. Could not fault the accommodation. Lovely relaxed breakfast, to want for nothing. I've stayed at Decoy Barn a couple of times now and always enjoyed my stay there. The rooms are lovely, spotlessly clean and very quiet - both times I've stayed I've slept well, which I hardly ever do when I am away from home. John and Suzanne are great hosts and I always feel very welcome when I stay at Decoy Barn. The off-street parking is really good too - plenty of spaces and very secure.
