Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms.

The staff gave us highly recommended dining destinations. Check-in was made easy, even though we changed our check-in date. The room was clean and the living room was spacious. The only downside was that we didn't get breakfast when we added an extra bed. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Super duper recommended for families, especially those with kids. The staff is friendly, helpful, and fast to respond. Choose a room with a mini kitchen because it's very helpful. The cleanliness is top notch. Just a few steps to Legoland, close to food.

this is the first time we came to Johor Bahru to visit Legoland theme park, we check it by guest review that this hotel is so recommended to stay and near with Legoland. the first impression the hotel is very tall and just check in at 2nd floor. the lobby have Dinosaurus lego which is great. we got a room in 16th floor and is super nice for us, the bathroom completed with the room amenities and kitchen set. the restaurant at LG1 floor open at 7am and they provided international breakfast and we found the purple water is called detox water. its so amazing. the staff very friendly and welcome us to get what we need since the first day we arrive. thats why we extend 1 more night at Somerset. thank you Team

What's interesting, the hotel is located near Legoland, and the hotel was so impressive with the type of studio room. Highly recommended for a stay. We checked in around 10:43 PM, and the registration process was so fast, just 2 minutes to get the room. Suasana/Fasilitas: The facilities were great and very complete, starting from the room amenities, bath amenities, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, microwave, kitchen utensils, and also good internet. Makanan: The food was great and started with western until local food. Bantuan Staf: The staff was very helpful and gave information about the hotel facilities, the access, and also greeted us in the morning. Highlights: Good location, good room, and good hospitality services. Harga: Booking earlier is cheaper than a sudden booking, but it's all about the convenience. With the price, we can get enough rest. Lokasi: The hotel is just near Legoland and the mall.

Staying here is perfect if you are going to Legoland because the distance is very close. If you want to eat, just walk to Medini Mall, there are lots of food choices.

Strategic location, near Mall Medini & Gleneagles Hospital Medini Johor, next to it is Afiniti Residences. Clean, spacious rooms, complete amenities. Fast wifi. Easy & fast check-in & check-out process. Breakfast menu is quite good. Allowed to leave luggage even after checking out. Wanting to go to Legoland, we walked past the hotel breakfast area (G Floor), through the park then down to the highway, then crossed to Mall Medini and went down via the escalator right next to BIG (Ben's Independent Grocer). From BIG, the entrance to Legoland Malaysia Resort is already visible. Total walking distance: 0.39 KM, travel time about 7 minutes (measured using a smart watch).

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful upon check in. The hotel room was spacious and clean with a pocket-friendly price.

It is very comfortable to stay here because it is very close to Legoland. Welcomed by friendly hotel reception staff & super complete rooms. Very nice place 👍

Friendly receptionist, large lobby for families waiting for the check-in process, neat bedroom, sofa in the room, clean bathroom, kitchen complete with microwave, refrigerator and other kitchen utensils such as plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, spoons, forks, knives. There are 2 bottles of mineral water/day, but I asked for extra and was quite surprised because I was given 4 more bottles…

Clean apartment, friendly staff, even check-in which should be at 3 pm, can be in the morning around 9 am, because the room is ready, no additional charge. Complete amenities, all facilities can be used, close to Legoland, and also easy to find a place to eat according to children.

Everything is good for me except the stability of their Wi-Fi connection which is very bad. As I am an ASR member, the Indonesia Wi-Fi connection in Somerset in Indonesia is better than this country.

The location is very close to Legoland, the bathroom and bedroom are clean, you can leave your luggage while waiting for check-in time without any additional costs.
