The owner call me the following day after i checked out at 08:00, asking for payment of chips and biscuits from refrigerator, which I have paid!!!! IDR50,000 only and once i said i paid, she confirmed that she has not even check with her, claiming that staff gone for holiday. Manner! That is not professional.

The villa was very clean but the location is not near to the beach so we can rent a bike to walking around gili air.

We really loved the villa. It's spacious and clean. The location is not too close to the beach, making it very peaceful and private, and Gili Air is not that big, we can walk or rent a bike. Mas Hadi from the reception was very helpful in arranging our snorkeling trip with special request, and he even helped us with the luggage after check out. The breakfast was cooked in the kitchen in our villa by request every morning. Not my favorite, but it was quite ok.

The hotel is in perfect condition. Nice. Service and cleanliness are good too. Unfortunately the quality of the building in the near future requires care. Poor hotel managers who will soon have to pay extra for hotel maintenance, especially for the door. Do not worry, the condition of this door does not affect our comfort as a customer / client.
