They close all the air condition and they say its all one system and they can’t open it for different room, small room with a tiny window nobody can breath from it, its very bad i had to cancel the other two night and move to a better 5 star hotel, also they is no parking, the staff is bad nobody speak english, we order ice and they deliver it after 45 minutes, the bed was broken, nobody helped us with the bags, no laundry open i called before 6 PM and then they told me the laundry closed, overall the hotel is very bad i dont recommend it to anyone

The property in terms of location is superb, the room I stayed in opened up to the lively Nizami street. Tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable rooms. However everything that works for this property means nothing when they have a bunch of utterly incompetent, egocentric & inhospitable staff members who quite literally take zero interest in providing basic services to their guests (like a quick & efficient check in) let alone their wellbeing. I stayed at their other property in Bayil for two nights on the same trip, Sapphire City could learn a thing or two about hospitality from that team.

Had a great time there. Great location. Family suite was hugh. Wifi good, staff great. Just make sure expedia give you the correct address.

日本人宿泊者が比較的に多いと聞いて予約したが、当日チェックインしようとしたら「予約がない」と言い張られました。 結局、急遽自分で別のホテルを予約する始末。 途上国ではよくあることですが、このホテルは予約情報未着の大きなリスクがあります。とてもお勧めできるホテルではありません。

الفندق لا يصلح للعائلات بسبب وجود غرف شباب قرب العائلات وسماع أصوات مزعجة عند الفجر بسبب وجود فتيات المراقص Not good for family because thy all single in hotel and lasting noise all night

الفندق موقعه جميل ولكن الاطلاله لم تكن على المدينه كما كان مذكور في وصف الغرفه وهي غرفه رقم 100 وقد تم احتساب المبلغ على اساس ما تم ذكره في الموقع .

الغرف بعضها ليس بها نوافذ او تكييف والبعض الاخر نوافذها عاليه عن المستوى الطبيعي

عدم وجود تكيف وطلاله غير جيدة ومصعد واحد فقط

・場所がイマイチわかり難いがニザミ通り（Nizami Street)の噴水の前です。 ・部屋はきれいで（一人では無駄に）広い、バスタブなし（の部屋でした）。 ・ミネラルウォーター(500mL）×2本/泊もらえました。 ・ミニバー(冷蔵庫）付(の部屋でした）。 ・朝食のメニューは4泊しましたがほぼ同じ。紅茶がおいしかった。 　「Continental Breakfast」とありましたが普通のビュッフェスタイル。 ・ジムがあるということでしたがカギがかかっていて使えませんでした。 ・歯ブラシはありませんでしたがシャンプーとリンスあり。
