Spacious clean premises - great location - staff specially the team at reception and housekeeping were great.

There room was great, very clean and organized. The room was bigger than I expected. Really enjoyed my stay

Hot water in the shower stay only for couple of minutes then finish

Every possi le amenity was not available and when asked ...questions were met with argument...staff needs to remember what industry they are in.

I am disappointed this time of grand miral as I noticed a drop on the level of cleanens and the service.

Junior Suite space is very decent. The kitchen equipped with all necessary appliance. however, the furniture old and need to be refurbished.

This was by far the worst place I have stayed. Front desk doesn’t speak English. Rooms are not cleaned despite reminding. Property needs renovation. Breakfast is horrible. Very disappointed with my stay. Location is the only thing good. Hotel management un responsive to customer’s need. Hope they improve for their own sake.

It is so good . Location is close to shopping. Easy access to all activities . Food was so great. Room is so big.

Rented an apartment this round and again as previously stayed very impressed with the finest details and furniture. Very spacious, clean and organized with a decent range of amenities and cutlery available.

Clean hotel, but a few issues: 1. NOT business oriented as they have a small desk but no desk chairs in room. So you cannot work on your PC. 2. You don't get any daily water (except 2 small bottles when checking in). In Saudi's hot weather this is a problem.

Good place to stay. Breakfast can be better, they should have paper cups for coffee at breakfast. Unfortunately when you are in a rush and want to grab a cofeee and go they won't provide you with a paper cup since the supervisor advised them not to!

the hotel was good the staff was OK but the location is a bit far from the downtown and the korniesh street which has the restaurants and the cafe where you can have your dinner or walk for a while
