Clean, reasonable cost and good location. The only disappointment was that the towels, although washed, were quite worn and did not feel clean.

Clean, quiet and great location!

La habitación no estaba del todo limpia, había varios, no uno o dos , varios pelos en el piso del baño. Al aire acondicionada no funcionaba, enviaron al de mantenimiento a revisarlo pero siguió sin funcionar.

Great location in Colonia Americana, always felt safe and able to walk around the vicinity. Currency exchange is walking distance, just the next door building. There was always a parking space in the parking garage, and checking in and out was smooth. Our room was better than in pictures and service and staff were very helpful and friendly. we’ll definitely be staying here again if we’re in town.

Beds were comfortable and service was good. But the bathrooms need some deep cleaning. Their was mold on the grouts and hair on the shower walls. That tells me the bathroom did not get a deep clean. A bathroom and room should always get a deep.

Very convenient location, however our room was not the best for our selection, it needs some updates and/or repairs in floor and bathroom and shower

Location safety and friendly service however kitchen after hours has horrible service.

The staff are not friendly, no smiles when you have questions at the reception. The lobby floors dirty, seats are have lots of stains, elevators are dirty, mezzanine is very smelly, hallways to my room are dirty and lots of stains. Restaurant staff are not friendly. The hotel has a Starbucks but hardly have anything, no cups, no soy milk and they literally told me to go to another Starbucks. I say this hotel overall 3 stars, maybe 2.
