Very comfortable room. Warm and cosy. Lovely bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff.

The room we stayed in was not like the pictures at all. It was abit dated and not very well maintained. I guess for one night stopover it's okay.

Upon arrival, the hotel room seemed acceptable, but we quickly encountered a few issues. The wardrobe door handle fell off when we tried to open it, and it appeared to have been previously glued back on. The bathroom light switches were oddly positioned behind the wardrobe, making them difficult to find. The sink tap was overly powerful, causing water to spray everywhere, and the sink drained very slowly, almost overflowing. The room itself was excessively hot, even with the radiator turned off, so I had to sleep with the balcony door wide open. The double bed consisted of two single beds pushed together, which made it very uncomfortable with springs digging into me. The pillows and duvet were thin and felt quite cheap. Overall, the hotel did not live up to expectations, especially for a place billed as a “spa” hotel.

Wonderful room, great view. So quiet and so easy to use as base for Cotswolds. All staff so happy and attentive

We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here. The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly, and we arrived on the afternoon of the 19th. I did encounter a minor issue in my room, but the staff promptly took care of it. This was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had in the UK. The staff were kind and welcoming, and I will be back.

Great place and affordable price.

The only issue was the room was very warm the heating wasnt on it was the towel and couldnt be turned off and the breakfast isnt worth the money but hotel its self is great

Nice overnight stay.

Very difficult to find so poorly lit at the entrance ! Gym was rubbish nothing works in an attic no pool air sauna or showers up tons of stairs. No drinks or water fountain restaurants was terrible waiters can't speak English no wi fi reception .Room was ok but cramped bed was ok .car park was a nightmare was blocked in and made late for work trying to find owner of car
