Mein Zimmer war komplett modernisiert mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die ebenerdige Dusche war schön groß und das Zimmer ebenfalls mit einem extra Tisch an dem ich den Abend noch ausklingen lassen konnte. Zudem wurde jeden Tag eine Gratisflasche Wasser Medium in mein Zimmer gestellt und das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Parkgarage ist direkt unter den Zimmern erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

The property was beautiful. We stayed in the back building. Unfortunately the heat did not work in one of the rooms we stayed in. The Hotel tried their best to get it working at night and when they couldn’t, they issued us a full refund in the morning. They were very helpful.

Such a lovely hotel right in the center of Baden Baden. Location offers access to all the Christmas markets, the thermal bath and the casino all within a short walk. Lovely breakfast location looking out to a beautiful garden.

The hotel is a beautiful property in the heart of the city, walking distance to everything including christmas markets. The breakfast was amazing, the staff attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful location in a beautiful town

Great location. But ask for a room with park view otherwise yo may end up - like we did - with windows facing a firewall.

Very good location, short walk to the baths and casino!

NO AIR CONDITIONING. That was a bit of a shock as the website showed that some of the rooms had AC - which was not true - miserably hot. Also, the elevator did not work at any point during our four day stay. Lovely hotel and people but I would not stay there again and we debated about leaving even though we prepaid for the room.

The family room on the last floor had low ceilings, depressing furniture, uncomfortable mattresses, covers and pillows.
