Overall, we had a good stay at Riad Eden. The staff here are great, especially the ladies who do breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it is excellent and sets you up for the day. The rooftop pool and chill out area really is an eden amongst the chaos of Marrakech. You also can't beat the location - a 5 min walk from the main square and souks. The only complaints we have about here is the lighting and the noise. The lighting in the room was poor - I understand this may be part of the aesthetics, but it made getting ready difficult. The main complaint is the noise - we do not sleep well - whether it was noise from within or outside of the riad. I dont know if this is the case for all riads. Overall, i would recommend staying here if coming to Marrakech

What a beautiful Riad! Road Eden is the perfect place to stay. The location is fantastic, just a 15 min walk from the airport bus stop Jemaa el Fnaa and easy to find, the location on Google maps is spot on. Although it's less than a 10 min walk to Jemaa el Fnaa, it's located in a really quiet side street and I slept really well. From the moment I arrived, everything was just wonderful. The staff are so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for me. My room was beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style and the bed really comfortable. Shower was fab, powerful and hot. There is a lovely roof terrace too - no view but a very nice place to relax. Breakfast was really tasty, fresh bread, preserves, fruit and lovely coffee. I travel a lot, Riad Eden has set the bar very high for upcoming trips I have in 2025, thank you to all the staff for making my stay such a fabulous one. I highly recommend you look at Road Eden if you're looking to stay in Marrakech

I had a bad experience with this place , as I booked last minute for last night in marrakech. As its was coming to an end of my trip to in marrakech i wanted to wind down in a riad near main square i searched for a riad where parking is available and this place stated there was which wasn't the case I had to walk 10 mins to place. When I reached there the room I was put in was on ground floor with sofa seating area for guests right outside my room which i thought was not very private. The main issue i had was i was trying to sleep when all food cooking smells was coming into my room, i did ask to be moved into another room upstairs and staff stated all fully booked and i can just open my window which was really high up could not be reached at all. Did not like the service at all and couldn't bare cooking smells in room that made it unbearable to get rest so had to check check out straight away. It really ruined the end of my trip.

My wife and I stayed at the Riad Eden for our first time in Marrakech. The Riad was easy to find and we were warmly welcomed by the staff immediately with some wonderful Moroccan mint tea. Our room was on the top floor where we had easy access to a beautiful terrace and rooftop patio (with a pool) with amazing views of the Medina. Zahira and her team were very pleasant and professional throughout the trip. We even asked of the could bring breakfast (which is included and delicious) to the terrace every morning. They always obliged. Also for those that need to stay connected, the wifi had great speed and coverage. We we also very close to the convenient Place Mellah where there was always lots of hustle and bustle and reasonable restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Riad Eden is a tranquil oasis only 10 mins walk from the hustle and bustle of the Jenna El Fna square and 5 mins from the more peaceful square near the Jewish Market and the Bahia Palace. Our Orange Room was well equipped, cleaned daily and very comfortable with the added advantage of being on the same floor as a lovely shady sofa area. The only downside was the bed was exceptionally hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was delicious, home made yogurt with cereal, pancakes, bread, jams, marmalade, honey, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed fruit juices, tea and coffee. The ladies who run the Riad are exceptional. Polite, charming, pleasant and cannot do enough for you.

Riads are the place to stay in Masrkesh. Unfortunatelly, it is difficult to get to the Riad if you never walked in th Medina. Lack of clear signs mskes and easy walk scary. This Riad is cataloged as 4 stars. I say 2 stars. There were basic elements missing to be a 3 stars, such as TV and telephone. I would recommended reclassifying to 2 stars, adding a sign on the entrance door stating it is a Riad, and guiding signs from the main road. The staff was very nice, slthough they only speak arabic and french.

The night before we were set to checkout, from our 7 night stay, we returned to the Riad at 11PM where we were handed a bill from the night manager for local taxes and a airport transfer for the following morning. Why would I be invoiced in this manner? We had only asked if they could contact a taxi for us so pre billing for a taxi is weird also. When checking out I informed the owner that I would pay for the city taxes (385 MD) and nothing else. He says "cash only", when they clearly have a credit card machine and after a minute of awkward arguing he decides to run the card. I specifically said, I would pay the "taxes only" several times to him and he comes back and casually tries to cover up the receipt where he charged me 550 MD. The total of the taxes and for a ride I hadn't asked for, nor received. It's bad enough that these "taxes" were added the last night of our stay and not previously discussed. POINT BLANK. Do not stay at Riad Eden. The owner / guy running the Riad is extremely shady. Super pushy and rude. He ended up chasing us down the street to where the taxies pick up, which made us super uncomfortable. Saying he had a car for us. During our stay he lurked around and constantly pushed for us to eat there every time we came and went. It's like, I came here to explore all over the city I don't want to eat at the Riad every single night. Wifi was extremely poor as well even located close to the router. We didn't read up, however seems like this guys antics are well
