First night we were in a queen room. We then booked a 4 night stay and were told wed have to move rooms to a 2double bed room which i was ok with. However upon moving all our stuff we decided to have a coffee and went to setup the provided keurig , which when we opened the k cup compartment , we found 6 cockroaches in the keurig machine. We continued to see cockroaches after that and called to complain. She moved us over 2 rooms down the hall ( no surprise we continued to see the cockroaches repeatedly ). I mentioned rhat it was unacceptable and that i would want my electronics replaced as i had brought my gaming systems with me and informed her that cockroaches enjoy warm places and i did not want to bring their little companions back to infest my home with. She insisted that would and could never happen they obviously made home in the coffee maker. I proceeded to i form her of the nature and breeding habits of these invasive buggers but she was having none of it Informed me room change was all that could be done. I insisted the manager call me in the am when he came in to further discuss this disturbing event and to make sure i did not carry any of these hitchikeng invading army of roaches home with me Never heard from the manager, not once in the 4 days did they ask if we wanted housekeeping or clean towels and never heard back from the manager. So my advice, the price is cheap but what comes withat that savings and was it worth it. All in all i would rate it -10.

Nothing to say about the room , the property outside ground is extremely dirty , the last night party going on til 530 am , taxi and people coming in and out all night til 5am . Looked like drugs pad !! Another negative points stayed there 3 nights nobody came to do the room , empty trash or give fresh towels !

I liked the drive up to door parking on main floor Did not like the night lighting hard to navigate parking lot and there was some building materials beside the building I liked the check in soft music relaxing atmosphere check in person very professional able to answer questions quick responds when phone front desk

Didn't like bug and mice infestation. Poor cleanliness.

Everything was topnotch for an older property.

Everything was great. A little out dated.

It was nice there was a restaurant and bar .the bathroom was not very clean and the room was dirty there was stuff behind the tv and fridge food and under the bed will not stay there again and won’t recommend it to others

Check in was pleasant. Went to the room and immediately was hit with a cold draft. Went to open the door that lead outside and was met with an even colder draft. The wall unit that was in the wall was letting in cold air. Went to turn the heat on, figured I’d need to let it kick in. Unpacked my car, still no signs of being warm. Called front desk and they didnt do anything. The heat register was in the bathroom where it wasn’t even making the bathroom warm. Asked them for a new room. Fully booked up so couldn’t move us. Brought us extra blankets. We needed to purchase an electric heater for the 2nd night. It was unbearable. We’ve stayed here before and have had no issues. Will not be staying there again.

Not very helpful with the credit for 1 night as we left 1 night early from both rooms

I don’t need anything fancy. Clean is all I ask. Outdated but that was fine. We came in and the stale cigarette smoke was awful. We called front desk to ask about air fresheners and she said “we have some come get it” and hung up on me. The walls were gross I was scared to touch them. Bed smelled like dirty feet and there was snots on the head board. We asked if there was another room and were told sold out. The microwave was full of pasta sauce splatter. No effort in cleanliness. Room was cheap but come on! It’s been a long time since I seen a dirty room like that.

The price was affordable compared to most places. Here for kids ringette tournament and needed cheapest commodation. Bed and pillows were very comfortable for a great nights sleep.

Clean Quiet n Comfortable,,,reasonable rates,My plans changed to try and cancel part of my booking I was told since I booked via expedia I had to contact expedia, the hotel could not do anything for me, My other concern the staff were pleasant , but in interacting with them,,it was difficult to understand their english.

Rooms were smelly, bathroom and shower were old and moldy.

We arrived and the desk clerk was not very friendly. The rate was higher than what HOTELS.Com said it was. The place was not clean in the halls and the room was ok but not great. There were weird bugs running around. Red with long tentacles, not bed bugs but strange all the same. There was mold on the sink stopper as well. I brought this all to the front desk clerks attention when we checked out but he just looked at me dumbfounded. Won't return.

Bugs in room, not clean when we arrived, asked for room to be cleaned and they only took the towels. Did not replaced towels or clean the room. Hallway carpets dirty amd not vacuumed. Terrible stay
