So far, so good. There was only one staff member who wasn't very friendly. The rest were fine. It's just a standard Hong Kong room, but it's comfortable and okay.

Spacious and clean room.. Location is near to the ferry port with a bus stop nearby and tram station nearby. Unfortunately the nearest mtr exit doesnt have a lift... Staff is very helpful in helping to solve problem!

Rooms are spacious & clean. I really like it because there are 2 bathrooms and toilets so activities can go faster. Close to Sai Ying Pun station. Hopefully the cleanliness & service will always be good.

Great location, next to mtr station, buses, tram, mcd kfc restaurant, malls. Hot water ac clean. However the bed is like a kid 's bed very small. All of your family staying with you need to show their passports for check in. So troublesome. No privacy, cctv camera at your door, every room has cctv camera facing to the door. No thanks.

Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in and out were quick and hassle-free. Got the Deluxe City View Twin Room and it was roomy and very clean. Convenient location with MTR, tram and bus stations all around and food choices aplenty. Would recommend to friends and family. (Sadly no more Dyson hairdryer in the room: ().

Awesome room with a great view

I was transited in Hong Kong and because Hong Kong was published operational of their MTR only until 10 PM and the airport express train only stop in Hong Kong Central, actually this Hotel next door of MTR Station (on 6th Floor). Their rooms was great and excellent but their breakfast menu was poor. But, I enjoy to stay. Maybe next time, I will choose room only, front of this hotel had 7-Eleven Store and restaurant and seafood market

The location is close to the MTR station and Tram Ding Ding station, the lift is on the 7th floor and the standard room conditions are enough to be filled with 3 people, the rooms are cleaned every day by the cleaning service

Recommended, this hotel is located in Sai ing Pun Station exit A2, right next to the MTR exit, no deposit required, friendly receptionist check-in is offered plugs and given HK map, every day there is a cleaning manager asking if the room will be cleaned or not, the room is good , big, clean as new, there are no smells of salted fish, no salted fish clothes, only one deficiency of wifinya dead at 24 right, the next day you want to check out, very recommended.

I stayed from January 2 to 6 in room 1802. The room was quite comfortable with twin beds for 3 adults and 1 small child. Overal the room is quite big compared to other hotel rooms that I have stayed in Hong Kong. Fast service. reservation is also 7 minutes fast. The drawbacks around the hotel are full of markets and salted fish. The smell reaches the guest elevator. But the overall in the room is okay, it's nice and can sleep well. Below the left entrance of the hotel is the MRT. Access to everywhere near the MRT. I also missed my kid's doll and their smg Mickey headband was saved as lost and found so later I can take my friend in Hong Kong.

Very close from the MRT, just next to the hotel, around many mini markets. The front of the hotel is a tram that can also go to the macau ferry terminal, central and causeway bay. The size of the hotel room is quite comfortable for Hong Kong which is usually a small room.

Highly recommended. Newly renovated with nice size of room and friendly staff. Got upgraded to harbour view room. Hotel is in less crowded area but very near city. MTR station, convenient store, many good restaurants are just right next door. The neighborhood is so much more HKG authentic. Will definitely return.

Big room and clean. Very close to MTR Sai Ying Pun exit A2. Lobby is at 7th floor. There is an restaurant at 1st floor.

The superior rooms are okay for room sizes in Hong Kong. Clean and comfortable. The front of the hotel there is a tram stop and side of the hotel exit a-emta mtr. The surrounding environment is not too crowded by tourists, breakfast is not okay.

The hotel is adjacent to the MTR Sai Ying Pan station. Convenient transportation, clean rooms, wide, comfortable beds, good reception staff. Can deposit bags and travel

Location is next to mtr Sai Ying Pun exit A2 on dried seafood street. We always smell fish every exit from/entrance to the hotel. Room is spacious, bed and shower are also comfortable. There are only 2 elevators and 1 is often under service, we must wait for longer and sometimes it has full loaded.

Overall pleasant although the location is in between dry fish market.

Great location and access to tram. Room is pretty spacious for HK standard. Beds are comfortable. We stayed in a triple room and it was an overall pleasant experience!
