The place is clean and very simple. I like it.

They even extended our check in time. Staffs are very easy to approach, the room is well organized and clean. They have a routine room check and when we got back, the room was cleaned and bed was readily made. Super worth the 2 night stay.

Alicia's Residences is a good place to stay in Cebu. Near to malls and other places. Wifi is good and they clean the room every day with the provision of toiletries. There's a free breakfast which can help you to save a meal per day. In front of Banilad Town Center, close to Ayala and other restaurants. And they offered us a free parking space too! Couldn't ask the front office more!

No breakfast was serve when I came to their canteen at around 7am was told to wait 7:30 to 8am I waited for over 2 hours.

Bad and slow reception service

There's a slight problem I encounter the hot and cold shower didn't function well.

The location was great for us - only a 7 min walk to our destination and just a short jeepney ride to the Ayala complex. The place provided complementary bottled water and toiletries every day; towels were also changed everyday. We were out most of the day and it was nice coming back to a clean and generally comfortable room. Would recommend this place especially to business travellers.

The hostel has several amenities considering the cheap rate it offers to travelers. I was travelling with my sister. I was promoting my youtube travel channel (amontours) as well so we chose this hotel for a short stay. The hotel staff were very courteous. Internet was ok in the lobby. The hotel is good for budget travels. It is conveniently located and just right across Banilad Town Center in Cebu. There are jeepneys right on the street when you get outside the main gate.
