Apartment was very clean. Ideal for our 3 night break although did feel a bit like student digs. We boobed with the location as it was a good 20 minute walk to the old town, a killer going back until we found ubers to get us around. Would stay nearer centre next time and I ay a little more. All in all a decent budget stay

We loved the kitchenette in the room. It made it easy to make drinks and we used the microwave and fridge. The room was clean and convenient for a good night's sleep. The hotel was large but quiet. It is about 40 minutes walk from the centre which was okay but there are also buses from close to the hotel which makes it easier. For the price, a very good basic hotel with everything you need for a stay.

Room was specious and had everything we needed for a young family. Cleaned well and generally in good condition.

Perfect for 2 days

Was an ideal stay for us in the 1 bed apartment for a couple nights, helpful receptionist too. One thing which was difficult was getting in and out of the bath

Only one staff member out of the four we dealt with was helpfull. The rest were not interested in answering any of our question

The temperature on the day we arrived was 34 degrees, but there is no AC, too hot in the room

Really clean room and bathroom, no air conditioning but other than that it was great. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking proper meals and the hotel is close to an Aldi for shopping and a bus stop for getting into town. Good shutter on the window to prevent bugs.

Perfect and don’t forget the breakfast !

Breakfast was bad. Room smelled bad.

They couldn’t find it it reservation when we first arrived. Eventually I told them it was through Expedia and they were able to find it, but it was confusing. The apartment was spacious and beds were good.

We were 2 Couples traveling together .. we saw the photos on hotels.com, and it look as if both rooms were seperate with a bathroom in the hallway... this was not the case... the bathroom is ensuite with the bedroom, so the couple in livingroom had to walk through the bedroom to get to bathroom... this was not good. PLEASE .. in description of your apartment... call this an en suite bathroom.. or make the photos more reliable...then we would have known and not booked it, or booked 2 rooms...

Clean,safe,quiet.

Good: quiet Bad. Its like a college dorm in a parking lot. Tired and needs to be blown up and redone. Sheer curtains only where everyone can look in. Brown and yellow decor like the sixties. Large place outside with just conctrete and cars. with not one seat to sit outside. Nowhere. The bathroom and kitchen was disgusting. Old and dirty.

Was a bit far for Annecy Film festival, but bus was very close and ran frequently. Staff were helpful and room was very comfortable. Nice to have kitchen. Parking was small extra charge per day.

Very friendly staff, able to check in early was great. Secure parking. Very clean and comfortable room even though on the small size.
