Near fantastic public transport links (safe, reliable, quick, regular), but this hostel is one of the best I've stayed in (and I stayed in a dorm room!). Our room was next door to a toilet - you wouldn't know it! So quiet: absolutely no sounds from corridor or next door. And, so very safe - reception staff were friendly, welcoming and professional from the first moment, and all staff I interacted with were so personable, obviously (and understandably) proud of STF Stigbergsliden. Excellent kitchen, dining room, and courtyard facilities. Can't wait to stay again! Tack så mycket, team at Stigbergsliden <3

Really lovely hostel, very modern. Has kitchen which was great. Nice communal areas including garden. Good location, 2 mins from tram stop and easy to walk into city centre. Only downside was I didn't receive the info for late check in instructions as there was a delay, but there is a phone number to call and I was luckily enough that someone was still in reception. Have to rent towel for a small fee and the doors automatically close meaning they banged shut

This place is fine for the cost. The area is fine, the rooms are small but that’s expected. 20 minutes walk to Haga. There’s a bowling alley and a pool hall on the same street and a couple of restaurants near by.

This hostel is exactly how a hostel should be. Warm and kind staff, comfortable beds, great ventilation, full and well equipped kitchen plus strong wifi throughout the entire property. I was extremely comfortable and happy here, definitely be back!

Amazing for the price. Yes, it is a budget facility, but a very good one. Room was compact but had everything you need, including a sink, which was very nice! Staff was always friendly and willing to help. Very happy with my stay.

Clean, tidy, comfy, well organised. We had a private room and it was big enough for us. The location was perfect - 1 minute to the tram stop, plenty of cafes, bars, shops grocery stores etc all with a couple of minutes walk. Was a really nice area to stay in. Would stay here again in Gothenburg.

Staff are conscientious, helpful and kind. Supermarket is just around the corner. There are nteresting places of interest within walking distance.

I loved the kitchen, common areas, location, beds. Disliked the noise outside, dirty showers, and unsure if the duvets were cleaned between guests :)

The beds are comfortable, but the part of having to put and take out the bed linen is awful when you arrive/leave at hours people are sleeping, cause it makes a lot of noise. Also, don't forget that towels are not included! The showers are good, but one of them didn't have a drain so the water went to the other shower, which was weird. The bedroom faced the street so it wasnt easy to keep the window open and the bedroom had a strong smell. It was very easy for a late check-in (just have to message them first) and an early checkout. And the hostel is in a bit of a ramp. Close to the tramstop after a (tiny) bit of effort

Great and clean place to stay. Kitchen is also available for cooking. Toilet and shower are clean too. Kitchen can be slightly dirty sometimes when other guests does not clean up after themselves. Otherwise it is a nice place to stay

The property was very comfortable and had a kitchen so that we could cook our meals. Much of the area was in construction as was part of the hostel but there is a supermarket nearby that is very well stocked. You have to make your own bed.

My stay was great, rooms, public areas were clean and comfortable, only let down was the construction happening beside property, but thats not really the properties fault. Property close to public transport.
