Decent hotel with decent price. Good overall property. Price was decent.

It was great place to stay and with regional price. Service is excellent.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and freashly redecorated. Breakfast buffet gives a lot to choose from. The overall impression is extremely pleasant. Thank you so much.

This was the cheapest hotel of our stay but far from the worst. Friendly staff, nice rooms just a little bit scuffed especially in the bathrooms. No breakfast options but there are supermarkets close by. Kaufbeuren is a nice little place, convenient for exploring the area.

Helpful staff

One night stay for business. Location was great. I sensed the hotel had recently switched from being an Ibis-owned hotel? Some attention needed to the things in the room - a pillow with a hole in it, and the mattress on the bed was at the end of its life and not so comfortable to sleep on. The flip-side is the reception team could not be more helpful or friendly. With a small overhaul this could be a great hotel for short trips.

Stay here regularly for business trips. Rooms are a little small but okay for a solo traveller. Great location for getting into the centre of Kaufbeuren and the local amenities. Proper Pillows!

The first morning there was no hot (or warm) water for shower or washing however they did have it fixed by the evening and was good for the remainder of my stay. Other than that disappointment, my stay was quite enjoyable.

Due to work issues I had to change my original booking dates to arrive 1 day later, the hotel told me to cancel my booking for the week and re-book. I canceled... and when I tried to re-book 10 seconds later I was told that there were no rooms available. No response from the customer service people who told me to cancel in the first place. I booked again for half of the nights and when I showed up they they put me in the loudest and most uncomfortable room in the hotel and still charged me the same rate as for a nice room. In short I was very much let down by the service delivered and feel like I was misled. I will not be using this hotel again in the future.

Staff is very friendly, very nice and new room and hallway decoration but parking is not free. .

This hotel is excellent all but one thing, the ground floor rooms have neither a window OR air conditioning,and in hot weather it’s just too hot and sticky, the management would do well to consider some kind of ventilation, that apart it’s very very good hotel, staff are on the ball in every respect.

The most things that I like is their staff, they are friendly and helpful even I arrived very late. Me and my husband still got the service from their bar. Another thing is the bell sound in the lift, it made me feel like be in the real field of Bavaria!

Very basic hotel, but good condition, clean and new. Close to the town centre and to a small park. Supermarket 5 mins away.
