Perfect big city hotel in the heart of Monterrey. Nice appointments. Easy walk to shopping and old town area.

Room was clean , AC not too cold had to call maintenance to check it . After that it work ok

Just stay in San Pedro Garza. Grand Fiesta Americana or Safi Metropolitan. It is central to everything including a whole mall, the nicer part of town, and we spent most of our time there. Pool is tiny and mostly shaded. Yes, there's a bar on the top floor, but always empty (and we were there during a World Cup weekend).

Excellent news lace to stay when visiting Monterrey specially for concerts in the “Pabellón Monterrey”. The access from the Hotel to the venue is just fantastic.

Great service, great place

Coming from the US , they don’t used the regular AC units so the room was hot and the parking lot for the hotel is a public parking lot. It was a little confusing. But great staff and room views were great.

Pedimos el servicio de room service tres veces, y las tres veces excelentes muchachos nos llevaron la comida, muy amables y con mucha educación. La comida riquísima, por eso es mi hotel favorito.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and quiet. We enjoy having 24hr room service. We were very pleased to find a Starbucks right outside the lobby! We chose this hotel as it is one of the few in the area with a pool, although the pool is very shaded and we didn’t get to enjoy swimming in the sunshine as much as we would have liked. We would absolutely recommend and stay again!
