Nice hotel and great, friendly staff! Would suggest reviewing rooms for damaged furniture. Computer desk chair has a huge hole in left side arm rest. Surrounding area of hotel is very nice environment.

I stopped in the hotel for 25 days and found that the hotel WiFi was broken for the entire time I was there which made it impossible to conduct my business.

Overall is was a good experience. The front desk clerks were really nice. The room I was in had a lamp that didn’t work, the AC was a little off. Other than that it was a nice, relaxing place to stay.

Good breakfast sandwiches and perfect room on first floor near exit door for leaving to walk our dog. Floors are a bit thin; we could hear the folks upstairs walking around for some time.

Great property - the third floor hallways spelled like dogs but it appeared to be clean. Room was cozy and clean.

We appreciate we can bring our little dog with us. Staff is always so friendly when we stay here.

The bathroom shower was so nasty i couldn't shower. Its like someone said I will only clean the walla that is eye level. You could see dirt streaks. Floor of shower dirt still visible. Bedding smells stale. Hair on my toolet seat ,that housekeepjng should've seen. Rest of room was clean, but that shower was disgusting.I have pictures.

Perfect location yo a lot of area eating and shopping

We booked a suite as we were expecting to have our grandbaby and wanted to have a living space and bedroom. We arrived at 9 at night and the room had a musky smell and the couch had stains all over it. You would not want to sit on this couch, much less put your baby down on it. I called the front desk to complain and let them know that we would only stay that night and not 2 nights as planned due to the condition of the room. The manager was rude and stated that he was aware of the stains on the couch and there was nothing he could do about it. He also stated that "it was on us" if we wanted to leave, because we booked through Hotels.com. We did not stay the second night, but were charged for it. I think it is unreasonable when you book a room and get there and the room is unacceptable to charge the traveler. The lobby of this hotel is misleading..Looks like all the work has been in the lobby, but the actual rooms are not up to standard.

We asked for a room close next to an exit for our pets. The room was great.

Hotel is very clean. Staff is super friendly. Love the breakfast. BEST PILLOWS EVER.
