The best hotel. All the staff are nice

Check in staff is very nice and assisted with parking arrangements.

洗い場があるお風呂、いいですね！ゆっくりあったまれました。お部屋もビジネスホテルにしては広めだし、清潔です。どこに行くにも便利な場所で最高でした。

Too small room

3번의 조식이 메뉴가 너무 단조롭고, 식은 음식이 많았다. 예약할때 사진으로 본 방보다 좁았으며, 침구도 냄새가 좀 났다. 욕실의 구성과 욕조는 만족스러웠다. 호텔의 위치는 아주 좋았다. 조식은 지금까지 여행중,가장 불만족스러웠다.

Hotel with good location and proximity to city center. Room is very basic and less detailed than some of the others we’ve stayed at, but good for a night’s sleep. Breakfast is good with a wide selection of both Western and Japanese options. The dining room was cute and nicely decorated for Christmas.

Very good

Perfect hotel situated within walking distance to Matsuyama Castle and many nearby restaurants. There is a Starbucks two blocks away, if you need a coffee fix. And the hotel is easily accessible from the train station by the trolley cars and the local bus depot is a block from the hotel.

ロケーションがとにかく良かったです．長距離バスのバス停も含め道後温泉への路面電車の停留所も大街道商店街も目の前でした。 お部屋は広くトイレとお風呂場が別なのがとても良かったです。(洗い場とバスタブも別でした！) 料金もとても良かったので松山に来たらまた泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした！

The whole experience was excellent!

Great hotel at great location, there’s bus stop across the street that go to the airport directly so convenient

No breakfast in the plan. Parking convenient. A special mention on staff member Mr So. He was very helpful as a translator as I needed to address a car incident with the local police. Without him it communication would have been a disaster! Thank you Mr So n Daiwa team.

Beds too hard!

Near ropeway to Matsuyama Castel, Okaido Street, Mitsukoshi and restaurants of kamameshi ( tipical plate of Matsuyama)

Very clean comfortable room even though it was small. Location was great!
