I liked the convenience of the location. There were lots of restaurants and shopping centers very close to the hotel. The pool was clean and very comfortable. The rooms were also comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was average, but okay for the price. This was the first time i was pre-charged without my consent which i have never experienced. They basically take the money before you even arrive to check in. Usually, you check in by verifying your identity and they charge a deposit for incidentals. Overall, i would recommend if u are in the area.

The room at checking had a broken sofa bed . The staff was able to accommodate us to another room quickly . The hotel was nice and quiet . The receptionist was welcoming and greeted us nicely . We can tell the walls had some patch work, but worked well for one night stay.

The Airconditioning in the lobby, the Cafeteria, and the hallways were not working for the 4 days i stayed there. Front desk said A/C people weren't coming until Monday or Tuesday

Staff was great but the beds were not the correct size as advertised through our reservation and the room was extremely uncomfortable due to how humid is was in the room. We turned the AC to the coldest setting but it never resolved the issue and the AC unit was loud and made noises.
