Great hotel within walking distance to lots of dining and entertainment options.

Everything was good just the thing about closing up the pool at 10 pm not a good idea!

Very modern look inside, super clean, very quiet

Picked this hotel because of location. Upon check in, was not given much information. Did finally figure out parking. Hard to get in and out of. I paid for breakfast and was told their oven was broken so we got pastries and fruit (which I had to ask to be refilled). Didn’t tell me upon check in just when I asked in the morning. Did not get a refund. It was very very noisy over night. One elevator did not work. Construction was going on with painters tape up and construction dirt all around (second floor) The bed was comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

They charged us for rooms and we did not even stay at the hotel. We were unable to stay due to immediate military orders yet we were charged for the stay a day after the reservation date. Unethical and simply just not right.

Great stay! My son loved the ping ping table. Beds were super comfy.

Very nice place. The only con is the shower did not have a door… so water will spray on the floor.

When I arrived my reservation that I had already paid for had been cancelled. There were no rooms available due to it being a very busy weekend in Omaha. The women working at the desk was rude and unhelpful! I had to contact several times to get a refund.

Happy hour made the food and drinks reasonably priced. The room was nice and i enjoyed having a yoga mat in the room.

Hotel canceled our reservation without informing us.

2 night stay. Did not receive room clean up or new coffee pod for second night.

The room was large and very clean. Wi-Fi was terrible! Unable to connect to Wi-Fi in room; had to do work from the lobby.

We booked room 302, which was very spacious and were impressed by the fitness area and equipment in the room. There were just a couple of cons: the pull shade on the large window was broken when we arrived and we were told that renovations are still on-going. The heating/cooling unit was noisy in the room. The shower floor was not clean. The upside was the VERY comfortable bed, the spacious room area with extra seating and computer work areas. I recommend getting the breakfast vouchers, as breakfast is made to order and delicious! The staff was very friendly and the location is walking distance to downtown and the Joslyn Art Museum. We would book this hotel again.

This property is nothing special. Elevators were slow and didn’t work. Staff was ok. Rooms were big and clean.

Checking in the front desk lady wasn’t the nicest. The bartender was absolutely amazing. When we checked out on 5/26/25 the PMC parking app changed us for 7 days instead of 4. Will be calling them.The room was amazing.

We had a great stay. Loved the king sized beds and the exercise equipment in the room.
