This place is like no other - heaven on earth. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Our villa was brilliant. It was huge with our own pool (not heated and therefore we could not use it as the water was cold), a heated jacuzzi, a living room, bedroom and a large bathroom and a store room. The bed was huge and luxurious. The bathroom had a hand-held shower, a rain shower and the best was a waterfall shower! The in-house service was exemplary. We had a direct contact with our butler via whatsapp. The team were wonderful in responding to our messages within a couple of minutes. Noura, from the service team, was fantastic. She was very pleasant and helped us sort out a small issue in the bill with great professionalism. The breakfast was excellent and Kariba and Malik made us feel at home. We booked a lot of excursions, like a visit to Imlil in the Atlas mountains, desert experience, guided tour of the old city through the concierge. Syeed who helped us, in my opinion, is the best concierge I have ever seen. His choice of places, guides, restaurants to eat were excellent. He was patient and took a genuine interest in our trips. The cars from the hotel were large, clean and spacious. The drivers always had a smile on their face. Dawood, Mohammad and Imad in particular stood out. Dawood in particular gave us a lot of history facts during our drive to the desert. We even had Thomas, the general manager, stop by and have a chat with us as we were about to leave.

Service was beyond great. The property was immaculate and beautiful. The only challenge was distance from town, which required a car service. But would stay here again in a minute! Best hotel ever.

The staff was outstanding, and their service spectacular. It was a very luxurious and relaxing experience. The rooms, landscape, and gardens at the resort were very beautiful. I especially loved all the roses and honeysuckle planted on the property.

Resort was absolutely beautiful, perfect for rest and relaxation. During our stay we only needed to leave the hotel once for an excursion. Food quality is top notch, and service at the hotel is the best we ever experienced. They make sure you are completely taken care of, from the time you arrive at the airport to when you leave. Spa treatments were great too. We would definitely visit again if we come back to Morocco.

The restaurant is not good, the service and the food

Excellent resort family friendly with customer first attitude. Fiona was excellent and attentive to our needs. Hisham and Amin, our butler were always there when we needed them. The mandarin pool villa is beautifully designed and the gardens outside the villa are like your in Paradise. Perfect location for medina and the airport. Highly recommend this place.

My family and I travel a significant amount and the Mandarin by far was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff was the most wonderful staff. From the General manager Marcel to The Managers Fiona and Mounia we have never had such an amazing hospitable experience. They made us feel like we were at home and went above and beyond. Karim and Ousama were our private butlers who were exceptional and attentive to every single detail. I don’t have enough kind words on the experience we had and highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental Hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech. The villas are absolutely gorgeous. Felt like we were in paradise. Thank you to the entire staff for an amazing experience.

Very good hotel, very good service, I recommand it

Great location for quite vacation. Isolated from Marrakesh but not far within 20 min drive from downtown. Staff are very friendly and respectful ... they make you feel home. When we checked in we were introduced to our assistant his name is oussama he took us on a tour and gave us his mobile number. He answered all our questions and organized everything even after working hours through whatsup. Oussama was very nice he kept advising about things to do in our trip even after we checked out. The hotel facility is clean and Nicky designed. I would definitely stay in same place if I visit Marrakesh again
