In a busy urban neighborhood without nearby walking or restaurants. Can hear traffic of nearby busy street.

The hotel was decent. The location is by the highway so rooms facing the road can have a noise problem. The main issue was that even though it was a nonsmoking room, the room had a smoke smell. Especially in the bathroom there was a constant cigarette smell, which was bothersome.

Very nice and helpful staff. I had a standard room and these rooms are pretty small. Wi-Fi didn’t work properly. I guess tv was on satellite tv and didn’t work. They tried to fix it but still no luck.

Hotel was OK. Staff were good but you needed to request many times for whatever you needed.

Not bad

A nice place if you need to stay fairly close to Menemen. Non smoking rooms may not be available on the quite side. Your room may face the noisy road. Rooms are aoundproof, but if you need to open the window, it will be a problem. Self parking available. 194 TL is too expensive for a hotel guest.

On the sixth floor where I stayed, the shower does not drain and if one person takes bath, the next person in a pool of dirty water to take bath... No solution --all the rooms have the same problem... No ironing board / you need a taxi or car to even step out of the hotel.. The blinds between the toilet and bedroom is basically a peep show kind. My son complained that he could see the profile of the person who takes bath.. Food is very expensive and the surrounding area is so noisy I will not recommend this to others.

Only One personnel at check-in with extremely long waiting time. Likewise, check out was also very slow. There is a very small fitness center hidden in a vault, with no proper fitness equipment. Parking is problematic with all cars irregularly parked. Also too much traffic around hotel.

Proximity to shopping malls and public transportation. Great Breakfast.

Great staff! Excellent maid!!!! Good food. Nothing near hotel! Sitting on 6 lane highway! 2 blocks from Izban Filthy carpets in room! Badly needed deep cleaning!

Great experience. Amazing staff that made everything enjoyable/memorable. Muhammed from the wait staff went above and beyond every day. Food (although we only did Breakfasts and Lunches, no dinner) was exciting, delicious, and we'll presented . Location is grea as well, convineantly close to down town Bodrum area with shops, restaurants, and Bars. Only draw back could be the parking, there is none, all street parking, as well as the access to the Sea which is also none existing. We were.told we could use their sister hotel Labranda, but since it was an early time of the year, we decided to.only use the pool, which is small but enjoyable.

This is a great, affordable hotel in Karsiyaka, walking distance to the metro and on a major highway. Incredible breakfasts with over 100 item buffet. Amazing staff (thank you Cagatay!) They are attentive and kind. Clean, large rooms, quiet stay, even piano music available. I look forward to staying here again!

The staff was nice and friendly

Following the issues raised at check in things were better for us. Staff all super friendly and English speaking. Breakfast selection extensive. Bed comfortable. I would say overall that the hotel did feel more like 3* due to things being a bit outdated or not quite finished to best quality, cracked bathroom tiles and unfinished grouting for example.

Yol ya da metro sesinden rahatsız olmadık, gayet sakin ve sesiz bir bölge. Yatak çok geniş ancak bana göre fazla yumuşaktı. Tekrar kalmayı düşünebilirim.

It was mostly nice with a few issues. The good: * The room was spacious. * Complimentary fruit plate. * We had a nice little balcony for smoking. * Internet speed was very good. The bad: * They gave us a room with two single beds even though I payed for a room with two twin beds. * TV (or its remote, idk) didn't work. The ugly: * The location is terrible if you need to go to Çiğli even though the hotel looks very close on the map. The reason is the motorway layout - you have to spend about 20 minutes driving just to get to the other side of the road. This can be nice stay for you if you, unlike me, can be bothered to go ask for what you paid for, AND if you don't have business in Çiğli.
