This was my first time staying here. The room was very spacious, the facilities were very complete, the food was varied and delicious, but unfortunately I didn't have time to try swimming and the gym, there was a limit on mineral water refills.

Staying here is comfortable for the room and ambiance. The location is also opposite Plaza Setiabudi One so it's only a short walk. For those staying here, it's very important to pay attention to access. The entrance is from the front, not the back because it's a different residence, even though the signs direct you to the same place. Furthermore, parking in the basement is very troublesome because you have to ask for an access card first, then exit the building and re-enter. Likewise, if you've checked out and made the wrong exit, you'll be stuck and unable to exit, so you have to be very careful. It's recommended to ask security first for parking or accessing your car. Hopefully, the service can be improved in the future so you can always get information on how to stay at Fraser Residence.

Very satisfied staying here. All the rooms are very clean with complete facilities and the hotel staff are friendly. Activities in the hotel are varied and if you are bored you can walk across the small road to Setiabudi One, where there are many coffee shops, various culinary delights, cinemas, and even flower shops. Since the pandemic, Frasser Setiabudi has always been our family's choice for a staycation in the city.
