Hotel was okay, bfast below standard with very less variety of food

Room price like this I hope everything is ok. But it's not as great as I thought.

Clean hotel, convenient for travel

My family and I had a great stay here. Convenient location right next to Lotte mart, a bit further to the beach but still within walking distance. Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, not as much food as other hotels but good quality.

The room is beautiful and luxurious, but the bathroom deodorizer is not very good, not 5* fresh and fragrant

Changing room, toilet, bathroom are designed modernly, optimizing space for this room type/class. Friendly staff, flexible check in/out when possible.

Great experiences, easy check-in, they not asking deposit for stay, staff was friendly, definitely worth it and will go back again. The food was OK, not really good but OK, a lot of variety. Overall, pleasant stay here.

The parking is not enough for every car come to the hotel.

Phòng ngủ sạch, đẹp. Toilet rộng lắm, thoáng và rất đã. Nhưng mà tại sao 2024 rồi mà tivi vẫn chưa kết nối mạng vậy ạ? Điểm trừ rất lớn luôn nha. Buffet ổn, không quá nhiều món nhưng món nào cũng 8/10. Nhân viên nice, có hỏi cảm nhận của mình, 8/10

Nhân viên thân thiện, support khách rất nhiệt tình, thời gian nhận phòng là 3 giờ, nhưng nhà mình đến 12 giờ trưa nhân viên hỗ trợ cho nhận phòng lúc 12 giờ luôn. Mình rất thích ở điểm này.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, không gian sang trọng, nhân viên nhiệt tình, nhưng có điều nên để dép đi trong nhà tắm, tránh trượt ngã.

My room at night has a strong electrical fault or what, but I turn off all the lights, why do I turn them all on by 1-2 hours, I do 3-4 times a night, making me not sleep well, the front desk calls the desk early in the morning impossible. The hotel does not have bathrobes available, must order to bring it up. Everything else is okie, the room is clean and spacious.
