The bathroom is very smelly, the room is cleaned every day but not changed.

My family and I were very satisfied with our hotel booking. The staff were cheerful, especially the security guards were very enthusiastic, kind and cheerful. Will continue to support the next time I come to Nha Trang.

Clean room, convenient to the agarwood tower. Convenient to go to the central area. However, the bathroom is a bit inconvenient.

The room is quite spacious but old, convenient to go to the beach or nearby, no smart TV. Especially the RECEPTIONIST (in the morning) is very UNPLEASANT, not wanting the guests to have a good experience or something. I have never been to a hotel where at 12:02 pm the guest did not come down to check out but called and said "It's time to check out, please check out" while from the day of booking until the check-in was more than 2 hours late, there was no call at all.

Friendly staff. Especially the security guards, extremely friendly and enthusiastic. A room over 200k right in the center is too ok, the only minus point is that the toilet room has no curtains, if you stay with friends or lovers it feels weird. If you stay alone it's okay because no one can see you shower 😅😅
