We had to change room as the neighbours were fighting/arguing until 4am. Hotel staff didn't seem to do anything about it other than agree to a room move the next morning. Similarly the first room (101) didn't have a fully functioning light in the bathroom, the sink leaked, the wallpaper was filthy with not sure what.... And anytime you showered it flooded the bathroom. Room 404 was better but the rooms generally needs a deep clean, strippng down and repainting.

The hotel’s location is perfect. Close to the shopping area. Quite and clean hotel.

Mid October 2024 CONS: This is a beautiful Art Deco building in need of a deep clean, repairs, and restoration. Dead, dark, and depressing. We went through 5 different rooms in the first 24 hours and ended up with a better one that we couldn't lock the door from inside, sheets were not clean, 3 electrical sockets were out of order, room light were too bright that hurt your eyes but there was not enough light in the bathroom, the nightstand tends to flip over when the drawer pulled out, No hot water in the morning happened twice in our 15 day's stay. Very strong foul oder almost in the entire hotel lasted for 3 days, sprayed chimical, ordered by the city, when we asked. Dark hallways that we purchased a flashlight. Only one receptionist could speak English that we have seen him 3 times. PROS: Great location, steps from Istiklal Street. Good breakfast buffet. Fast internet connection with no interruption. Elevators were in good condition. The maids were nice. The hotel had a front and a back entrance.

I did not stay at this hotel. the property did not have AC as advertised. In additions the rooms were crammed . I opted to go to a different hotel.

A fantastic hotel, great location and friendly staff who tended to everything we needed.

This hotel is in a fantastic location if you’re going site seeing. Easy access to public transit, shopping, restaurants, ect. We stayed in room 102. The heater was broken and stuck on FULL blast the whole stay, I believe the room was at 25 Celsius, extremely uncomfortable. Melted my candies. The rooms bathroom has a frosted GLASS door. No lock. Very little privacy as the door has no way to even latch close, it opens up a couple centimetres. The room was clean, given fresh towels and water bottles daily. Breakfast was a typical mediocre continental hotel breakfast. Had to ask for milk for the cereal. Room was clean, no noticeable dirt. The fridge in the room didn’t work? Or was on the wrong temp. Was not cold Service desk staff missing most of the time, they’d be outside smoking, chatting with friends in the lounge or just gone. The shower was nice, good water pressure.

The service was really bad and the room. The bed was damaged was rubbished. Nobody you speak English even when you say hello to them they're not saying hello back it's very bad we didn't like it

There is nothing to like about this property. Rooms Dirty bathroom compact and broken tiles. Air condition does work off and on. Will never stay in this hotel. You can hear noise next door room. No privacy . I would ask for the refund for my stay.You should remove from expedia and other sites .Thanks

Excellent staff service and friendliness.

The crew who works at the hotel is really nice and helpful. They do everything to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The only issue we had was the air conditioner was not working. We got an upgrade a few days later in one of their best rooms.

Good stay. Breakfast was the same every day. Cheese and olives. Room had a few roaches. I would take an Airbnb next time.
