Beach Front House is very awesome...nice staff...nice breakfast...but the dog sometime disturbing us..but for the second day...the dog already ignore you...thanks bella vista

Not bad of all things but the breakfast was not buffet style only by set.

Wood walls do not store sound. Single bed is Putting a double bed together, splashing water, not the outside strength is good. Very good breakfast Broken points on the salad. Day 2 Fresh vegetables. Like to take the leftovers yesterday, very good location, next to the sea, beautiful hotel, if you can come again, will choose a pretty hot room

There is no refrigerator, no TV, shower room, hot water heater, hot and cold, but the room is wide.

The whole experience was horrible. - Water heater spoiled, -The walkway in the premise was pretty dark out during night. - Some animal crawling on the roof during night. -The reception was close with no receptionist on duty during night. - Breakfast ain't buffet style. It come with 4 varieties choice. Simple fried egg, hot dog and toast break. - The washroom filled with urinate smells. Worst still... The receptionist couldn't understand basic English when we made the complaint. They just smile and nodded.

Room very poor aircond, water pressure.

Good location near the beach. Traveling through various points, easy to eat, eat. Friendly service, good advice, helpful. Wi-fi speeds up again. It is perfect.

such a quiet place to stay, great place for relaxing

Positive: friendly staff; clean room, bathroom, towels and bed sheets; beachfront; variety of breakfast (egg station, fruits, warm food, e.g. rice and curry, muffin, pancake, toast, salad bar), 5 mins walking on the beach to Walking Street, nice beach (even though there are a lot of long tail boats but there are certain areas where you can swim), 10 mins walking to ferry pier; quiet at night. Negative: WiFi slow, the AC could’ve been more powerful (still sufficient but it took some time to cool the room down)

Bad signal Can not see it !!!

We stayed in No.206 room with a bad smell of toilet, but another thing is ok, the room was clean and quiet, WiFi internet was good. This hotel haven't transfer service from temporary port in low season. But port will be moved to Pattaya beach, nearly hotel around 300m that you can walk to hotel The breakfast wasn't variety of foods, especially it haven't dairy milk that is my favorite.

The room is beautiful, clean, staff is friendly, but there is no smile, but the TV has no signal, just 3 channels are not clear, there is a chance to come back here again, Bella love love LLE

The hotel is clean but a lot of mosquitos.it would be great if the hotel organise the taxi to pick up from the boat

The price is not high, but the beach is good but no restaurant. Have breakfast

Clean room everyday. No safe box in room. Breakfast buffet so so. A la cart food expensive but quite tasty. Good location far from walking street about 5-10 minutes for walking.

Not too bad just the showering problem. Low water pressure cause the hot and cold water imbalance.
