The reception staff are nice and polite. The room is not too small. The atmosphere is good.

The room was very bad. The air conditioner in the room was not cool at all. The bed was hard like a spring bed, not soft foam. The bathroom was not clean, there were stains and everything was salty. I have never seen a hotel this bad before.

Front desk employee Should improve behavior to be friendly to guests a little.

Seamless, lightning fast check in, covered parking lot for motorcycles (thanks for helping the bike stay dry), plus CCTV and security guard watching the bike all night. Big, comfortable room with all amenities, plus free cookies, tea and coffee. There is also a fitness room (wish I'd known sooner), and the staff spoke enough English to communicate. What struck me as strange, but came as a pleasant surprise, was that despite being on a main road, there was zero traffic noise at night. Comfortable bed, clean, scented sheets-I slept like a baby. Double thumbs up! If I'm in the area again, I'll surely return.

The service is very good. The hotel is a little past the intersection, there is a restaurant, there is a 7-Eleven near Central. There is a parking lot for about 25-30 cars. Breakfast has a reasonable selection. There are employees always filling up. New hotel, clean, good service, impressive, have a chance to come to Lampang, recommend it.
