Great place to stay for the price. May be hard to sleep at times due to other people that stay there

Our room was basically in the reception and it was tiny. I suspect it was once a storage room. It wa right on the street where the local bar has tables right at our window, so it was really noisy. There was no room for our bags so we resorted to putting them on the top bunk. The ensuite toilet had blood on the outside of the bowl. Furniture in the room was run down. Kitchen was well equipped but everything looked a bit unclean and when we went to wash up we found the detergent was so wateted down it was basically ineffective. Towels were meant to be included but the staff kept telling us that they were at the cleaners and to come back this afternoon/come back in the morning. We stayed three nights and never got towels, despite our constant pestering. I wouldn't stay here again.

My favorite of three hostels... Zanya is lovely house lady to wake to with very kind help from Roberto and Alex, for breakfast and then all day. And very nice to deal with, night guys, Frederico and . Owners mom covers for Zanya's days off, and she is also hard working and happy with all guests. Brightly colored hostel. Place to come for people here to go beaches. ALSO! Has some free public gym machines almost at front door, in a nice courtyard area with chess tables.

Hostel was highly recommended by friend. But had serious problem in room, in first few hours at hostel...staff helped...but owner made little effort to take responsibilty as business or hospitality educated people, more common at hotels.

Good location. The hostel is near the fruit market.The young coconut and the tropical fruits are cheap. The street vendor is selling 2 corns for 5 reails. One of the rommate is snoring. I wears earplugs, but I couldn't sleep.

I stayed here for Carnival it was perfect because it was close to bus stops and metro station. A lot of facilities around like super markets, farmacies, stores. Right in the middle of everything made it easier to go to the blocos.

Espaço bacana e acolhedor. Quarto estava limpo. Único problema foi o barulho à noite pelo quarto ser logo na entrada

Talvez o pior Hostel que já fiquei. Não tiveram flexibilidade de 5 minutos comigo. Colchões pessimos, local fedido. Hostel em um beco. Tivemos problema com uma hóspede.

Adoramos a estadia, o local é simples porém organizado, limpo, e todos os funcionários são super receptivos, tentam nos ajudar de todas as maneiras (Marina é um amor de pessoa!). Tem um barzinho legal ao lado, tem roda de samba, pra quem gosta já é uma opção de lazer a noite bem perto, pra nós dentro do hotel o som não chegou a incomodar. Facilita por ser muito pertinho da praia também, fácil de ir a pé, padaria, mercado, restaurante. Com certeza vamos voltar mais vezes. Agradeço imensamente a receptividade e carinho que fomos recebidos.

Pra quem não é acostumado em dividir alojamento é um choque de realidade. Mas pra quem não pode se hospedar um um lugar melhor, mais caro, é uma boa opção. Se puder gastar mais não recomendo.

É a segunda vez que me hospedo no solar. Otima localização, funcionários super atenciosos, recomendo.

Bem localizada, próximo a praia e comércio em geral.

A estadia foi excelente. O lugar é muito organizado e o atendimento excepcional. Ficamos no quarto 02 ele e o banheiro estavam muito limpos e organizados, assim como a roupa de cama. O Wifi funciona, no quarto tem TV e ar condicionado e a cama é super confortável. Recomendamos DEMAIS e voltaremos outras vezes com certeza!

No geral ficamos bem satisfeitas com a estadia. Com relação a acomodação apenas os banheiros por não ser tão confortáveis deixam um pouco a desejar, fora isso recomendo, atendimento ótimo.
