The location is very good and the facility is also great. Also the omelet was delicious.

Lovely relaxing stay.

Indeed it was a splendid enjoyable stay in Gozo particularly at the Quaint Boutique Hotel. Together with my wife we do not hesitate to recommend the Hotel to other customers looking for a relaxing and yet in the heart of all activities by day and for fine dining with reasonable distances.

This hotel would have gotten highest rating if wifi was available. Without wifi, it was very difficult to navigate Gozo coming from overseas. The staff said wifi was temporary out due to a thunderstorm, but the adjacent businesses all had wifi. 🤔

The hotel was in a square with a couple restaurants which was nice in the evenings. Otherwise I was rather disappointed. We booked the penthouse suite with a balcony which said it slept 3 but only had a queen bed. I was traveling with my mom and did not want to share a queen bed. The manager offered to downgrade us to a regular room w/ 2 twins with a refund for the difference in room. At our check out I inquired about the refund and she completely reneged the offer. It was very disappointing customer service. The breakfast was ok but I would agree with other reviews that it’s ridiculous to only include regular coffee but to have to pay extra for a latte or cappuccino. The only reason it’s getting 3 stars is because the staff member who helped us change rooms was so kind and went out of his way to be accommodating and friendly.

Great room. Very clean and looks out onto a beautiful square and church. Self check in and check out. Breakfast was very convenient

Very good hotel. Small but well located and clean. I booked the 2 penthouse rooms which were good - so cannot comment on the other rooms. Centrally located in Gozzo. The only concern is that the reception desk is not always manned to help with customer needs. Also very disappointed about asking the hotel to help with the airport transfer service where charged £85 £4 city tax to share a taxi with another family but when made my own way back cost me £52

Nice hotel in a quite village

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and accomodating. Hotel is situated in a pjazza in the centre of Xewkija, very convenient and parking was not an issue.

Staying at Quaint Boutique Hotels is always an impeccable experience. Staff are really friendly and hotel is very clean. We will surely visit again and we highly recommend these hotels.

Amazing

After having had an issue during check-in, the staff gave us a free upgrade to another room in few minutes, followed up and made sure everything was fine. They also went out of their way to provide us with alternate comfortable pillows in a matter of minutes. Breakfast was great each time. An extra attention to detail can be given when it comes to cleaning.

Nice hotel in the best location to explore Gozo. Alishne is super helpful and makes sure everything is fine.

Warning hidden charges! When we booked, the page for this hotel says free cots available for babies. Upon check out they charged us a fee, which was over 10% of the nightly cost to stay at the hotel! We queried this and the hotel were very argumentative and illogical in their explanations: "the cot is free but the baby has to pay to enter the room" and eventually "hotels.com made a mistake, it's not our fault, you still have to pay". The baby wasn't even given a towel for this charge and she was too young to eat any breakfast! Very greedy, take advantage of tourists, and they value money over customer service.

Recommend you familiarise yourself with the village to get the most benefit from your stay in Gozo: the professional, friendly staff will help you! There is a sensational view from the terrace towards Victoria at night. Also suggest foregoing breakfast one day to sample the local bakery’s local food. Our room was very comfortable & spacious. I would however check with the hotel to see if the piazza roadworks have finished if you intend to be in your room/ terrace during the daytime

Modern room, spotlessly clean. Access and parking not entirely straightforward at present as the plaza outside the hotel is being completely re-paved. Should be finished by May / June time however - and of course not the hotel's fault. Be aware there is also some daytime noise to be expected from this. Giovanni's restaurant next door is a great option for dinner.
