I booked 2 rooms and couldn't do anything with the app that I booked with. The hotel kept citing the app - the app kept citing the hotel. We had to lose the room for nothing. It was useless to use it. 🥴

In our opinion, there is no privacy and no security because there is a connecting door to the room. It is not okay at all because the lock on the door is not strong. It is even worse when we asked the staff. The staff said that there has never been an incident. In our opinion, do we have to wait for something to happen first? Let me tell you, this is the only time I have used the service here.

We booked but couldn't stay because the route was flooded and we couldn't get a refund. 11-13/9/67

Located in the city, easy to travel, near places to find food, the only problem is that the water heater is very old and broken, afraid of electric shock.

ราคาถูก ที่จอดรถเยอะ อยู่ใกล้ร้านค้าต่างๆ แต่อยากตำหนิ เนื่องจากห้องจะมีประตูเชื่อมกัน และผนังบาง ทำให้เสียงจากภายนอกเข้ามารบกวน วันนั้นเข้าพัก เวลา7 โมงเช้า!!!!! แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดกลุ่มหนึ่งได้เริ่มพูดคุยกันเสียงดังในห้องพักที่ไม่มีคน เปิดปิดประตูเข้าออกหลายรอบ ย้าย ลากข้าวของเสียงดัง ชนประตูเชื่อมห้อง พร้อมพูดคุยและหัวเราะกันเสียงดังแบบออกรส โดยไม่คำนึงถึงแขกที่เข้าพักว่าจะก่อความรบกวนหรือไม่ เข้าใจว่าต้องเร่งเคลียร์ห้อง แต่ทางโรงแรมควรกำหนดเวลาทำความสะอาดว่าไม่ควรเช้าเกินไป หรือหัดเกรงใจผู้เข้าพักบ้างว่าต้องการการพักผ่อน !โรงแรมควรอบรมมารยาทด้วย ไม่ประทับใจมาก!

เตียงค่อนข้างแข็ง รู้สึกได้ถึงสปริง ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นท่อระบายน้ำ แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็น และมีเสียงดัง ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง ได้ยินเสียงจากข้างห้อง

เป็นที่พักที่ใกล้หอนาฬิกาเชียงราย เดินไปแปปเดียวถึงค่ะอยู่ในตัวเมือง สะดวกสบายมากๆค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาด ที่จอดรถกว้างขว้าง ไว้ไปเชียงรายอีกก็คงเลือกพักที่นี่ค่ะ ☺️

ไฟในห้องค่อนข้างจะสลัว ไม่สว่าง สายชำระในห้องน้ำติดๆขัดๆ แต่พนักงานน่ารัก เราขอเช็คอินตอนเที่ยง พนักงานก็จัดการดำเนินการให้อย่างดี

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก อยู่ใกล้กับหอนาฬิกา สามารถเดินออกมาหาของกินได้ง่าย สภาพห้องพัก ก็ตามราคา สะอาดดีค่ะ แม่บ้านเช้ามาทำความสะอาดให้ทุกวัน ห้องไม่กันเสียง ได้ยินเสียงทีวีจากข้างห้อง

เป็นห้องเปิดประตูถึงกันได้ไปกับกลุ่มเพื่อนคือดีมากค่ะ แต่ห้องดูเก่าไปนิด มีกลิ่นอับๆ มีเศษผมติดตรงหัวเตียง ใกล้วงเวียนนาฬิกา เดินเล่นตอนกลางคืนสะดวกมากค่ะ พนักงานพูดจาไม่นุ่มนวล รปภ.ไม่ค่อยมาดูแลลูกค้าพูดจาไม่นุ่มนวล ไม่มีป้ายเขียนตรงปากซอยที่เป็นทางเข้า เกือบไปเข้าทางออกที่มีป้ายติดถนน เตียงแข็งไปหน่อย
