The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation, ample parking, and reasonable prices when booked through an app. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and ready to provide good service.

The staff is lovely. It is in a rather dark area but near 7-Eleven. The room is okay.

Overall the rooms and staff are quite okay. It's just that the wifi is hard to connect.

The staff gave us the key card and inserted it in front of the room. When we inserted it, the red light came on, making it impossible to open the door. We didn't know because it was our first time staying here and the first time we had a problem entering the room, so we called the staff and no one answered the phone. We waited for almost 10 minutes and the staff answered the phone. When they answered the phone, they told us to walk downstairs, which was full of luggage and we had to carry it down to the front desk again. In the end, the key card wasn't updated. Instead of the staff coming up to get our key card or providing assistance because there were only 2 staff, they let the customer go down again. I admit that this is the first time I've written a review on this app because I wasn't impressed, didn't receive any convenience, didn't apologize, and didn't take any responsibility, even though the mistake was caused by the hotel.

Cleanliness is 0. The pillows smell strongly of human body odor. The room is stuffy, dusty, scary. There are few lights, not bright at all. Scary. The only good thing is the location.

I'd like to raise the room price a little more to add a hair dryer.

ดูเก่า กลิ่นน้ำยาปรับผ้านุ่มแรงมากในผ้าห่ม ได้ยิ่งเสียงจากร้านเหล้า ไม่มีระเบียง หน้าต่างก็เปิดได้นิดเดียว ทำให้กลิ่นในห้องดูอับๆ

The staff didn't welcome and didn't say hello when walking in to contact the room.

Stayed in a twin room with 1 double bed. The mattress sagged and had a hole. Please check.

Old hotel, not as shown in the picture Inside the room there is a lot of dust. It's like the housekeeper didn't come to clean the refrigerator and the head of the bed. There was only dust. There was still hair on the bed. The bathroom shower is broken. Follow the technician to repair it. In the meantime, I went out to eat. When I came back, the technician still hadn't finished the repair and put on slippers to walk into the bathroom. Before leaving, it was not cleaned. Not impressed and will not go back to stay again. The second night, I moved to stay at Hop Hin. Anyone who wants to stay, I recommend Hop Hin. It's clean, looks good, and meets standards from the welcome.
