Good location, excellent service

Positive : location only Negative : breakfast, rooms, staff, public areas If you are ready to pay 300pound for a double room there are better alternatives in downtown London. Not worth to stay.

This property is a hidden gem in a wonderful neighborhood. Walkable to great places. Friendly and kind staff. Highly recommend.

Staff were helpful, location was excellent. The heating and cooling was a bit temperamental.

Good location. Clean room with air conditioning

Room was ok for a single. TV tea maker etc usual services. However, the bathroom wasn’t designed very well, probably due to available space. The sink was almost over the toilet pedestal. Had to squeeze Under with knee behind sink waste pipe. If I was bigger it would have been an issue. If your a big person beware.

Fantastic location in Marylebone and 2 blocks from the high street. One of my favourite places to stay as the location is fantastic!

Looking a little tired but comfortable stay. Good location. Breakfast good . Tiny lift and still stairs to get to our room

The room was tired and desperately in need of redecoration. The toilet seat was loose and attached only on one side. One of the inset ceiling lights flashed intermittently. Neither of these problems could be looked at by maintenance staff because 'it was the weekend'. On our third (and final) day we were offered a change of room. It was too late by then. The hotel is advertised as having a restaurant. It does not; it has a small room used to serve breakfast. The location is fantastic.

The staff were very nice. The rooms were fine but on the small side. The bathtub is extremely slippery and a hazard. The breakfast is below average.

Great area of town. Lots of food options and close to Baker St underground.

Air conditioning was great. Breakfast needed to be earlier or at least an option for those heading out early.

This was a really lovely hotel. Beautiful room, delicious breakfast, clean surroundings and the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Highly recommended!
