I am a passionate traveler who has explored various destinations around the globe, from Cuba and Egypt to Thailand and throughout the United States. I've stayed in numerous locations, many of which were all-inclusive. While you might not expect top-notch cuisine at an all-inclusive resort, you generally anticipate decent food along with a range of amenities. When I booked this particular hotel, I thought with its “gourmet” label, well-known brand, and hefty price tag, l it would be exceptional. While the hotel itself was impressive, the food was, without a doubt, the worst I've ever encountered. I sampled everything – every restaurant, room service, and meal – but the experience remained consistently disappointing. My entire family shared the same sentiment; it was truly terrible. We hardly ate, ordering a variety of dishes, yet everything tasted off, was cold or stale if not all 3. How do you ruin pizza? The orange juice was not orange juice it was like orange water that tasted like something completely different. the bread had an unpleasant flavor, and the meats were bland and tough. I was taken aback. While the kids enjoyed themselves, we returned home feeling hungry and unable to recommend this hotel to anyone. If enjoying good meals is a priority during your vacation, I suggest looking elsewhere.

We chose this resort because it advertised gourmet food and great activities for kids under 12 and daily group slime. Unfortunately, we found the following issues: 1) The group slime was not as advertised. Instead of a large amount of slime being released from a container above the waterpark, they had us line up and they popped balloons full of slime over our heads. This was a HUGE disappointment for our kids and was one of several things that were "not working". 2) The food was a massive disappointment. Compared to other resorts, I would not call the food gourmet at all. We were often lucky to get a plate or glass or bowl as they were always out of dishes at the buffet. Also, it was next to impossible to get a reservation at the restaurants. My husband and I would have to go on the app at 8:55 and count down the minutes to both try and click on the restaurant and time we wanted to dine. When we went to the Space restaurant, the VR experience wasn't working and they didn't have the chocolate dome dessert that was previously advertised...which was the only reason we chose that restaurant. 3) There was no hot water 4) The staff were generally friendly but, at the beach, we found that the staff often ignored us when we went to order drinks 5) The activities were geared towards kids 0-5 so my kids (8 and 10) found it all pretty boring 6) The waves were fun but not good for little kids The rooms were nice and the resort was pretty well maintained

When we arrived we were told that the room that we booked is not available (swank suite with plunge pool with a big patio, bath tub and room devider) and instead we were sent to one room with the shower, no tub, swim up but not a private plunge pool and not even wrap around pool. We wanted the room we selected specifically for privacy as we have a son with autism and tub, room divider and private plunge pool was critical. We were not refunded for the room downgrade, and we wanted to get a refund however property did not want to refund us a difference in price which was over 1000$

We had one problem after another with this property. The room we were given had food crumbs all over one of the beds. The first time we ate at one of the restaurants, the food was cold. The other times at the restaurants the service was beyond slow, and twice, the waiters just disappeared. Let me also mention that the entire property did not have any hot water for the entire stay, and we were there for 7 days! The big question is how did they keep anything sanitary without hot water. The staff, other than the waiters, were overly friendly, and I felt sorry for them that they had to keep handling non-step issues during our entire stay.

The rooms were moldy. There were not too many food choices. When we were dinning at the Italian restaurant a roach was crawling on the back of the booth. My husband had to catch it with a napking and gave it to the server who did jot even flinch about the situation.

Amazing vacation stay. Staff was great, nothing but good comments about food, ambiance, safety, things to do. This is part of a time share company and i loved that they invite you once and if you say no they won't bother you or push you. They are super cool about that.

The property is good for children. The rooms definitely should have better cleaning. The hotel did not have any hot water in the showers which was a big thing. But definitely good for the kids. You always have to make sure you do not get scammed. I feel like they’ll throw a “help “ or discount to get a tip out of you. The restaurants were great and so was the show for the kids. Definitely felt safe in there they secure every entry and who comes out.

To whom this may concern, We were very disappointed. Upon our arrival the room wasn't clean. We requested another room and they didn't have any availability after losing (2) hours from that ordeal we proceed to take a shower & there was no hot water for the duration of our stay. The hotel doesn't gear towards a themed resort you rarely saw the character(s) unless you pay an up charged.

Terrible Experience – NOT Worth the Money! I have been staying at the Nickelodeon Hotel in Punta Cana for a week now, and this has been one of the worst resort experiences I’ve ever had. No hot water the entire stay—yes, you read that right. A week without hot water, and management has been completely unresponsive. They disappear when you need help, and the concierge, Yeni, is only interested in money. If you text for assistance, don’t expect a response. The food is mediocre at best—nothing to rave about, just basic resort food. But the worst part? Families with young kids, stay away! My kids were crying because the showers were freezing cold, and no one cared to fix the issue. You’re paying a premium price for a 2-star, maybe 3-star experience at best. The AC won’t go below 20°C (68°F), which is uncomfortable if you like a cooler room. At the restaurants, there is no service—you have to seat yourself, get your own kid’s chair, and hope that someone will eventually come to take your order. Oh, and everything costs extra! The price you pay upfront is just the beginning because this resort is all about squeezing more money out of you. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This place is an overpriced joke. Avoid at all costs! 🚨🚨🚨

Nickelodeon Punta Cana was the perfect property for our family vacation! Our daughter loved her access to the sweetest and we enjoy all of the food, and the water park, the character appearances, and evening activities as well! The beach was wavy so we didn’t swim but we waded in to play in the waves. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone with young children!

Water was not working, my children was not able to take a shower, then only freezing cold water available (no hot water) my kids got sick. Very limited food, have to make reservations but it was always booked. Could not even utilize being “all inclusive” then the door lock would not turn, could not close the door without jamming/kicking it in. Tried to talk to concierge but said property was full occupancy so could not move us to new room.

We went for 8 days had NO hot water for 5 days , spoke to manager unable to do anything . Ac was not working in room for 2 days . Water park is so far from beach area - carts for transportation back and forth to beach and water park were up to 20 mins wait some points
