The room is extremely dimly lit. Even with all the lights on, it's still not bright enough.

I was impressed with the service and the location, which is close to popular tourist attractions.

When I entered the room, the bathroom still had the previous occupants' old things. There were few power outlets for people who used a hair dryer or did their hair, which was not very convenient.

The location is good, close to places to eat and visit. It's easy to find transportation. There's a parking lot, a refrigerator, a small TV, and a spacious room. It's perfect for traveling, working, and then going out to find cafes and restaurants in the city.

My regular stop when I come to Chiang Mai. Parking under the building. The car doesn't get exposed to the sun or rain. Great!

I enjoyed my 8 days stay in this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean. It's worth the price.

Renovate the hotel but let guests stay. The noise was very loud from the morning. I couldn't sleep. If I were to renovate, why would I sell the room?

The green room is very dark, the orange light is dark. The hotel said that they are renovating it now. If they want to make it brighter, it will be very good. I have stayed there twice. The staff is very good. The bathroom is spacious and clean, but the shower rod is broken.

When checking in, the staff informed us from the beginning that the air conditioner in the room was not very cool and that we could turn it on 24 hours a day. But in reality, the air conditioner was not cool at all, only a gentle breeze. The first night we arrived, it was very late and we did not want to bother, so we endured sleeping. But in the morning, we went out to do some errands and came back at 1:00 PM. The room was very hot and the glass did not block the heat and the air conditioner was not cool. My boyfriend could not stand it and had to climb up to check the air filter. As you can see in the picture, it has never been cleaned. We were only in the room until 3:00 PM and had to leave because it was very hot. When we came out, the maid informed us that the room was very hot. We came back at 4:00 PM and could sleep. My boyfriend did not want to have any problems and have to endure sleeping another night. We booked a room at full price and never thought that we would encounter something like this. The price was not cheap, but you dared to give a room that you knew the air conditioner was not cool or not ready to serve customers. It was very bad.

พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย นิสัยแย่ รู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัย เราเป็นคนจอด รถในที่แคบไม่เก่ง แล้วรถของเราก็คันใหญ่ พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย เข้ามาโปกรถพอเราทำช้า เค้าก็ใช้น้ำเสียงไม่พอใจ แล้วต่อว่าเรา แล้วไล่ไห้เราไปจอดข้างนอก ซึ่งข้างนอกเป็นที่สาธาณะที่เรารู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัยที่จะจอด เรื่องที่เกิดขึ้นทำไห้ การที่เราเลือกพักที่ b2 ครั้งนี้ทำไห้เรารู้สึกแย่มาก และเสียความมาก เราหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่า B2 จะคัดคนที่มาทำหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยที่ดีกว่านี้
